Incredible Chicken, Friendly Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the food. I ordered the 3 piece tender, and the chicken itself was incredible. It came in 3 big pieces that were very crispy and juicy.
The biscuit was a bit small, but it was very buttery and golden brown on the outside with a soft inside. The service was good; the guy behind the register was very chill and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you like chicken, as it truly destroys chain restaurants that serve chicken.

Good Kripy Tenders and Friendly Service
It was mid-afternoon and I was hungry. I got 3 pieces of Kripy Tenders and honestly, I found them good. But the best part was the friendliness of the lady who served me, thank you very much!
3 pieces and a can of cola with a glass full of ice 🤗 17. 78 USD. Reasonable price for the area and the chicken pieces are generous.

I also noted that the Chicken Wings were recommended.

Disappointing Service, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was okay; I had wedges and chicken, but the biscuit was dry. The main issue was the service.
I ordered a 3-piece tenders krunch box, but was initially given 3 pieces of regular chicken. When I returned to correct the order, the staff member had an attitude. Furthermore, when I finally received the correct order, the portion of wedges was significantly smaller than expected, and I was charged extra for the tenders.
While I needed something for my flight and would consider the chicken again, I would not return to this specific location due to the poor service.

Crispy Chicken, Yummy Biscuit
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The chicken was super crispy, but unfortunately, it was fried to the point of being dry. While the chicken itself was a letdown, the biscuit was super yummy.
Given the dry chicken, I won't be returning.

Good Service, Mixed Food Experience
My experience at Krispy Krunchy was a mixed bag. While the service was great and friendly, and the out of food situation was understandable given it was the 4th of July at Fisherman's Wharf, the food itself was inconsistent. The chicken legs were overcooked and dry, and unfortunately, there were no sides available except potato wedges.
Overall, Krispy Krunchy is usually good, but this visit had some definite drawbacks regarding the food quality and availability.

Best Fried Chicken Chain
This was my 3rd visit to this location, and I'm a regular at this chain. In my humble opinion, the best fried chicken available, even better than KFC and Popeye's. This particular location adds a hint of cayenne, which is great.
It's also great for orders to go.

Expensive Dr Pepper, Decent Meal
My experience at the restaurant involved being charged $5 for a 20oz bottle of Dr Pepper. The total bill for a chicken sandwich, a biscuit, and a soda came to $16. While the food itself was rated a 4 out of 5, the price of the drink and the overall bill felt excessive.
The service and atmosphere were rated a 1 out of 5.

Disappointing Cheddar Cheese Hotdog
I ordered a Cheddar Cheese Hotdog, which was inedible. It was simply a sausage with some cheese in a bun, nothing else. The sausage was also spicy, which was not mentioned on the menu.
I cannot recommend it!
