Quickly: Great Boba and Snacks!
My experience at Quickly has been consistently positive, as I've visited many times since they opened. Having this place in a mall is a definite plus, not only for their boba but also for the variety of snacks they offer. Unlike many boba shops today that focus solely on drinks, Quickly has been a pioneer since day one, providing both drinks and snacks to satisfy everyone's cravings. The service and staff are incredibly welcoming, well-trained, and understanding. Their menu boasts a wide array of drinks, including milk tea, slushies, and specialty options. Additionally, they serve their famous popcorn chicken, other fried items, and rice bowls. You can conveniently order via kiosks or at the counter. It's a significant advantage that everything is made from scratch, making any wait time worthwhile due to my high patience. My orders always come out quick and fresh. I highly recommend Quickly to all boba enthusiasts, especially if you're short on time or just looking for a quick bite. I'm eager to return and explore their other delicious offerings.

Disappointing Smoothie and Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered an avocado smoothie for $8. 74, which was tasteless and watered down, resembling a Slurpee or Icee. I felt it was a rip-off. The staff was also unfriendly, and there was a general lack of quality. I would advise others to stay away from this store.

Tiny Waffle, Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I received the tiniest waffle I've ever had from Quickly. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and refused to acknowledge the issue.

Cantonese worker tried to scam me

Terrible Service, Never Again
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the terrible service. While deciding what to order with friends, standing about ten feet from the counter, a staff member rudely told us to "move if you're not ordering because your blocking the line. " This was particularly jarring as we were not even close to the front of the line, and other customers noticed. When it was our turn to order, the same staff member said, "speak up I can't hear you. " After I apologized and spoke louder, she put her hand in front of my face and stated, "your talking too fast. " She refused to even look at the order I showed her on my phone, despite her apparent difficulty hearing me. I will never order food from here again.

Rude Service and Incomplete Food
I forgot to take a picture. I ordered a mochi waffle, but they only made half of the whole piece. When I asked the ladies at the counter why it was only half, they were so rude and said it was supposed to be like that. I will never go there again. They don’t seem to run the business seriously, and they provide the worst horrible service I have ever seen.

Horrible Service, Okay Food
