Disappointing Breakfast, Nice Ambiance
This restaurant, which is the same as Krua Thai, might serve better Thai food, but I wouldn't recommend it for breakfast. My experience with the french toast was the worst I've ever had; it resembled pan-fried focaccia dusted with cinnamon. The souffle pancake was similarly disappointing. However, the interior was nice, and the service was good. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon.

Disappointing Menu Changes at Raw Sugar Factory
It is with a heavy heart that I feel I need to warn patrons about the changes to the menu at Raw Sugar Factory. I have been living in SF for over 10 years and have many fond memories of delicious food. I always ordered the California omelet, which, plus the super thin hash brown, were a signature for me and rare among the SF brunch circuit. Unfortunately, times change. They have since moved locations a year ago, and the menu changed a lot. I was there earlier this morning, and boy was I disappointed. I got my usual, and I don't think I have been so disgusted with an omelet in my life. I wish this was hyperbole, but alas, it is not. The "meat" in the omelet was ground and had a weird flavor to it. I couldn't put my finger on why, but it was not good. The tomato slices inside were overcooked and down right revolting. My partner tried it and confirmed it did not taste good. For what it is worth, my partner got a benedict and said it was fine. I for one will not be coming back. RIP thin hash browns.

Overpriced Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The place was clean and spacious, which was a positive aspect. However, the food was WAY over priced for the servings provided. To make matters worse, when I forgot my leftovers, the waiter had already thrown them away within 5 minutes. He didn't even mention I had left my food after I went to the bathroom before leaving the restaurant. Considering the high cost of the food, I expected better attention to detail. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Fresh Chicken Fries, Amazing Atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive. I ordered the Chicken Fries and they arrived incredibly fresh and hot, ready to eat. The accompanying sauce was really good, though my only minor complaint was that there wasn't quite enough of it. Additionally, the chicken itself was a little dry. Despite these small points, overall everything was really good, and the atmosphere is truly amazing.
