I enjoyed the view looking through the window. The table service was a1, and reservations were not needed. The prices were reasonable.

I was looking for a rooftop in San Francisco after a lot of walking, and I saw that this place wasn't too far from where I was. It was a pleasant, different surprise. They offered very good cocktails and a nice view, without being too high up. I really enjoyed it.

My experience at The Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco was truly exceptional, offering both an elevated and relaxed dining atmosphere. I had the pleasure of enjoying their Madame Clicquot Afternoon Tea and a full dinner, both of which were incredible in distinct ways. The Afternoon Tea was a fun and elegant affair, complete with a glass of Veuve Clicquot and a beautiful array of savory bites, scones, and sweets. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and seasonal, enhanced by the room's ambiance with its tall windows and classic design, creating a perfect blend of refined and cozy. The dinner was equally impressive. The Ahi Tuna Tartare was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, while the Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection – rich, tender, and complemented by a delightful sauce and bone marrow butter. The truffle fries were crispy and utterly addictive. Their cocktails are creative and well-executed; the Golden Gate KARL is a must-try. Throughout my visit, the service was excellent: attentive, professional, and warm without being overly formal. Whether for a full meal, a drink, or afternoon tea, The Lounge delivers a sense of quiet luxury that perfectly embodies San Francisco. I highly recommend it.

My experience at the lounge was a mix of highs and lows. The service and atmosphere were truly impeccable, earning a perfect score. However, the food unfortunately missed the mark. We ordered oysters, the farmers salad, and the burger, which were unmemorable. The best part of the meal were the truffle fries.

My experience at the restaurant was marvelous. The service was exceptional, with a wonderful bartender and polite waiters who carefully served our food. We enjoyed the excellent and fresh parsnip soup and Cesar salad.

I dropped by this lovely bar for a nightcap and had a fantastic experience. My bartender, Jennifer, was absolutely fantastic. I was not disappointed with my visit.

Our experience at this restaurant was exceptional, making it our favorite spot in the hotel. We were impressed by the great ambiance and the really nice views. The furniture was comfortable, and despite the lounge being full, it maintained an intimate feel, allowing for easy conversation. The food, appetizers, and desserts were consistently very good each time we dined here.

I visited this restaurant for champagne and wine with a friend. He ordered a BLT, and I had oysters. Surprisingly, the oysters were not served on ice, as is typical for high-end establishments. Instead, they were presented on a bed of salt, and by the time we were enjoying our champagne and conversation, the oysters were at room temperature, which is concerning for seafood. Tragically, after leaving the restaurant, both my friend and I became ill with food poisoning. I will not be returning, as it seems they are not handling food properly. It's disappointing that a place like The Ritz has such poor and dangerous food quality.

I want to come here AGAIN. This used to be my chill spot and tea time when I used to live in the Eastbay.

My experience at this restaurant was decadent and the service was attentive. The place oozes class, and the large windows flood in beautiful sunlight, creating a great atmosphere for lunch and a mid-day steak.
