MOLTO BENE, MAESTRO. BENISSIMO. My experience was exceptional, particularly with the pastrami sandwich, which I can confidently say is the best I have ever had. Everything about it was perfect. The cook behind the line is truly an artist, crafting a flavor symphony with the pastrami, cheese, mushrooms, and just the right amount of heat. It was a divine creation, a true masterpiece. I even saved part of it to prolong the pleasure. Grazie, maestro. This is art. P. S. Whoever made this sandwich should be awarded and promoted immediately. No questions asked.

I wanted to grab a sandwich, and this location was nearby, so I ordered one. The environment was clean overall, but some of the sitting areas and tables didn’t seem thoroughly wiped down, requiring a few tries to find a clean spot. The cashier was very nice and appeared to be the only staff member present. He finished my order pretty fast, which I always appreciate. However, the sandwich itself was a little disappointing. The bun was very oily, soft, and thin, to the point where the oil seemed to have permeated the entire bun, essentially destroying it. The pastrami inside was a bit salty. We asked for lettuce and tomatoes, but they were served on the side instead of being in the bun, which, while understandable, was a bit inconvenient, especially when trying to eat on the go. There's definitely room for improvement, and if they could change the bun, it could be really good!

When I asked for ketchup, the lady making the sandwich informed me they didn't have any, forcing me to go to McDonald's across the street. The overall food quality and service were unsatisfactory.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a chicken cheese steak, and the lady behind the counter put everything inside white bread and microwaved it. My steak was done in a minute😮 The bread was rubbery and dry, the toppings were very little and had no flavor. The $16 chicken cheese steak was worthless.

We had a great experience with delicious tacos and a super welcome from Emilio. He helped us choose our tacos and even let us taste a homemade cheese soup. Emilio also gave us tips for visiting the city. We will gladly return.

I ordered through DoorDash and was very specific about my requests: no bell peppers, made with Dutch crunch bread, Jack cheese, mushrooms, and added bacon. Unfortunately, my sandwich arrived completely different. It wasn't made with Dutch crunch bread, there was no bacon, and mushrooms were not included. There was also no au jus sauce, either inside or on the side. The only thing correct was the beef. Update: To my horror, there were bell peppers in my sandwich. If I had consumed them, I would be writing this review from the hospital. I have a severe allergy to bell peppers and can go into anaphylactic shock. I urge you to be more careful with your jobs and please train your employees better. This is a serious and life-threatening issue.

My experience at the restaurant was positive, largely due to the friendly manager who personally thanked me and my dad for our purchases. The atmosphere was comparable to Subway, making it an easy place for those familiar with that chain to navigate. The food was decent, though not exceptional.

The employee, a Latina woman, only put meat and cheese on the sandwich, omitting any condiments, vegetables, or other typical sandwich ingredients. I question if she knows how to properly make a sandwich. Management should consider retraining this employee.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the terrible service. The bald gentleman serving was completely rude to both customers and Uber workers. He denied basic services like using the restroom. I do not recommend this place; the attention was unpleasant and it was the worst experience for a human being. It's the worst place in San Francisco. If the service is like this, I imagine the food handling must be worse. That gentleman should be fired. It was a great lack of respect.
