My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The Asian woman at the reception was so mean and showed no hospitality. However, the wait staff were very nice.

I had a lovely brunch for my birthday here! The portions were plentiful and all the food we tried, including the burger and chicken & waffle, was absolutely delicious. Our server, Alvin, was very friendly and professional. :)

I stayed in a Studio Suite at the W Hotel with the breakfast option included, which is how I ended up using their dining facilities. Jane's service sense was outstanding. The food was also delicious.

My experience at Trace was outstanding. On my first night, I enjoyed the salmon with mussels and clams over vegetables in a pickled lemon juice and broth. For dessert, I had a Basque cheesecake. The salmon was perfect, and the sauce was tasty and worth sopping up with bread. The cake was denser and less sweet than NYC style. On my second night, I had a Caesar salad with salmon, which came with white anchovies without me even having to ask. On my third night, I enjoyed the risotto with wild mushrooms, including morels, cremini, and others. All meals were wonderfully done, and the wait-staff was helpful and attentive.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The food was great, with the Shashuka being perfect. I also want to commend Alvin, who was a great server and truly helped to bring down the travel stress I was experiencing after multiple days of travel across different states.

My experience at this restaurant was great! It's a fantastic breakfast spot conveniently located right next to SF Moma. While it is expensive, which is understandable for a hotel restaurant in SF, the service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. You can truly taste the great quality ingredients they use.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Bloody Mary and any brunch dish you desire.

While staying at the W hotel, I had $40 each day to spend at the property. I was able to enjoy a light fare and coffee at Trace. I got the twisted cinnamon roll, fruit bowl, and a cup of coffee. I didn’t realize that if you’re staying at the W hotel, the coffee is waived until I got the check. I enjoyed everything that morning and the staffs were friendly and efficient. Would recommend if you’re nearby or staying at the W.

I visited this restaurant based on its high Google ratings, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The latte tasted like it was made by an airport machine and was too watery. I ordered the Tracy omelette for $26, and it was a letdown. The toast was cold and stale, the omelette was excessively cheesy and dry, and the potatoes were soggy. Given the price, I expected much better quality. However, my server, Alvin, was very attentive and helpful. When I mentioned the watery latte, he promptly made me another one with a double shot. Despite the excellent service, the food quality did not meet expectations, and I would not return, especially considering the many other great brunch options available in the city for the price.

My experience at this restaurant, located within the W hotel, was extremely disappointing. I came down for breakfast and faced an incredibly slow service from the "bartender. " After waiting 30 minutes just to place an order, my coffee was forgotten, and I was told they "can't" serve mimosas. The situation worsened as five other patrons were completely ignored and left after 15 minutes. Another guest who just sat down was also ignored for 10 minutes, despite no other orders being taken. To top it off, the food was subpar and the coffee was burnt. This establishment is a joke.
