This is one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. The Aguachile and mushroom tacos are my favorites. Their spicy marg is also very solid. If you like spicy food, you will love it here.

My experience at this restaurant was great! I got the vegan tacos, which were both tasty and filling. The value for money was also excellent. The service was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was upbeat. I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with incredible food that really rocked. The side of beans and rice was a standout. The service was also excellent, with Vanessa and the primary bartender being very friendly. The only downside was that they were out of guacamole and elote, which was a bit sad. I'll definitely be back for the guacamole!

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, easily one of the best meals I have had in San Francisco. The food was so delicious that I didn't even think to take photos. The staff was lovely, and I am already looking forward to returning. They were also incredibly kind to our children, modifying dishes for picky toddlers, making it a great experience for families. The atmosphere was rated a 5 out of 5, and the service also received a perfect 5. The price per person was between $20–30, and it's highly recommended for vegetarians. There was no wait time, and it's suitable for all group sizes.

My experience at the restaurant involved a spicy margarita that was possibly the spiciest I've ever had. While it was tasty, it certainly packed a punch. On the food front, I didn't much care for the 3 leches, as it was almost too soggy for my preference. The overall food, service, and atmosphere were rated a 4.

I love Otra and it’s a great option for gluten-free folks! The waitress was knowledgeable about celiac, cross contamination, and which dishes to avoid. Most of the menu is already GF, but some dishes are thickened with flour (queso, enchiladas) and there is no dedicated fryer (so the chips are not GF). Anything that comes with chips can be subbed for unfried corn tortillas.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The menu was boring and the execution of the dishes was also lacking. The chairs were uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that they did not offer any Mexican rum, especially considering the wide variety available.

My experience at Otra was fantastic! I highly recommend the mushroom tacos; they were some of the best I've ever had. While most appetizers were decent, the bone marrow cabbage is definitely worth trying, even if it's a bit of a hit or miss. For drinks, the mezcal flights are a great complement to the meal or can be enjoyed on their own. The restaurant offers both inside and outside seating, and both are great. The inside area, though it can get a little loud, is generally very well decorated and clean, featuring both bar and table seating. Despite it getting busy, the service was very attentive. Overall, Otra is a great place for dinner.

As neighbors, we frequently visit Otra and love it for its excellent and consistently good food. The ambiance is fun, with music always playing, and they serve the best margaritas. We highly recommend it, as it's also great for groups.
