Whoever made my online order needs a raise. I swear I’ve never had Wingstop this fresh. GOOD JOB!

My experience was frustrating. I ordered carryout and upon arriving home, discovered that some of the ordered items were missing. This required me to drive back to the restaurant to pick them up. The staff member who provided the missing item did not offer an apology.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing when it comes to their wings. Every time I've ordered them, they've been low-key dry and lacked sufficient seasoning. I specifically requested extra sauce and extra seasoning, emphasizing "extra extra, " but the wings still arrived dry and practically sauceless. It's frustrating when you clearly communicate your desire for more sauce and seasoning multiple times, only to receive the opposite. I really wanted to get lost in the sauce 😭😭😭.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was okay, making it a viable option if you're busy or looking for a late-evening meal when you don't want to cook. However, the location is horrible, with a lot of homeless people around and groups of men drinking beer in the parking lot. Adding to the negative experience, the female manager was extremely rude, underdeveloped, and unpleasant.

My experience at the restaurant was great, especially considering how busy it was on . 01 chicken combo day. The customer service was excellent; the staff were working hard and fast in an organized fashion. Despite the constant stream of people, they managed the situation wonderfully. The people kept coming and they did great.

I came in today with a particular inquiry about the chicken they serve and whether or not it is Halal. Though they were unable to confirm, they exhausted all their resources trying to aid me. I received phenomenal service from Javier and Rael, who also stated they would find an answer for me, though not today. I appreciate the effort and the positive response. Quick tip: if you find out eventually that your chicken is Halal, promote it; the Muslim community is large and would all flock to this location.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible, primarily due to the worst service I've ever encountered. I ordered wings, and the server asked if I wanted regular or 'the other one. ' I confirmed 'regular, ' paid, but when it was time to receive my food, I was given a drink and told I had only ordered a drink. The server was incredibly mean and rude, stating she couldn't do anything about the situation.

When I inquired at the 30-minute mark, the cashier didn't remember me and mistakenly asked if I was a DoorDash driver. Upon showing my receipt, they claimed my order might have been stolen and then proceeded to remake it, resulting in a total wait of an hour. The cashiers seemed more focused on talking in the back than monitoring orders, which directly impacted customers. I will never order from this place again.

The card readers split my payment, and the girl taking my order wasn't knowledgeable about how to fix it. While I eventually received correct assistance, I was then overcharged. Despite these service issues, the food quality was good.

My experience at Wingstop was great! I really enjoyed the Louisana rub and the Garlic parm tenders and wings. For dipping sauces, my favorites are Bleu cheese, ranch, and honey mustard. They also have a good variety of choices for beverages; I personally like their non-carbonated sugar-free vitamin water flavors. If you're a fan of tenders and/or wings, you can't go wrong at Wingstop with their multitude of flavor choices.
