I love wings, but I keep making the mistake of ordering here once a year. My experience was disappointing, particularly with the food. How can wings be so rubbery, as if they were cooked in a microwave? Sherman needs to check in with his team and set them straight. The atmosphere was also a significant letdown, rated at a 1. While the food received a 2, the execution of the wings was unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. The staff were unexpectedly rude and hostile, which made the visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the entire brand.

Usually, we get great wings, but this time was a different experience. Half of the wings had feathers sticking out, which was so gross! I had to pluck the feathers out myself. I've never seen anything like it before, and it absolutely grossed us out.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff were always in great spirits, professional, and friendly. The food was served fast, and the store was always clean. They also have TVs playing sports and good shows. This is our go-to for wings.

I highly recommend the Westwood Village Wingstop location. My experience has been consistently positive, with great service, excellent pricing, and wings that truly hit the spot. I've gotten takeout from this location numerous times over the past three months, including recently in January 2025. Every time I enter for pickup, the staff greets me warmly from behind the counter and is super nice, even when the restaurant is busy. Their customer service is more welcoming and friendly than other fast food restaurants in the area. The restaurant itself seems clean, regardless of whether it's day or evening, even when busy. My online pickup orders have always been ready earlier than expected, never longer than the time mentioned online. The wings taste great, and the combo meals and specials offer excellent value. While some wing sauces are better than others, the wings and fries always come out great, which is why I keep returning. Order accuracy has been perfect; we've never had errors with wing counts or flavors, and sometimes we even receive extra wings. I definitely recommend trying Wingstop for some great comfort food 👍.

I ordered a 10-piece bone-in chicken wings and wanted one sauce flavor on the side. Although I can choose two flavors for the order, the system doesn't allow for specific instructions like putting sauce on the side. I ordered them naked and planned to ask for the sauce on the side upon arrival. When I arrived and explained the situation, I was told I had to pay for the sauce. I expressed that this was inconvenient and questioned the lack of customer service. Apparently, the process requires ordering with the desired sauce and then calling in to request it on the side. This extra step is not ideal for anyone, especially on a busy weekend. Wingstop, you have lost a loyal customer of 13 years.

I decided to give Wingstop another try, but unfortunately, this location was even worse than my previous negative experiences. Having not been in Washington for three years and having tried to endure the typical overly salty and dried-out food at Wingstop for at least two of those years, I was hoping for improvement. Sadly, this location was just as salty and dried out, and they also messed up my order, which was a frequent issue in Vegas. While in Vegas I could at least get my order corrected, I didn't even bother trying here. The staff was RUDE and didn't even greet me, making me feel like an inconvenience. When I asked to place an order, I was met with a dismissive "yeah? " and then a "YEAH" with attitude when I politely asked to place a to-go order. I chose not to tip initially, planning to give a cash tip if the order was correct, but instead, I received an EYE ROLL. Despite the restaurant not being busy, I waited half an hour for my order, only to find out it had been sitting on the warmer shelf for over 15 minutes. When I inquired why, I was again met with attitude. I have learned to NEVER call in or order online because they never get it right. This experience has solidified my decision: NEVER AGAIN!

It really bothers me to write bad reviews, as I work in customer service and understand its difficulties. However, this experience lacked basic effort. Upon entering, the cashier did not greet me. When I informed her I had an order to pick up, she simply placed it on the counter without acknowledging me or confirming it was my order. I felt completely ignored, receiving no 'thank you' or any pleasantries. Her demeanor suggested she was being tortured. The food itself was nothing special, consistently extremely salty.
