Good Chicken, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was generally positive, with friendly customer service. However, the wait for food was a bit slow. I found the spicy Korean dish could have been spicier. The space is a decent size with some seating. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're craving fast food chicken, and I think I'd come back here again.

Great BBQ Chicken and Tasty Corn!
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive. The staff was great, and I really enjoyed the BBQ chicken sandwich. It's a simple yet perfect combination of bun, chicken, pickles, and BBQ sauce. I also prefer their real wings over the boneless variety. The fries are good, especially when enjoyed hot and fresh while dining in. The corn was a standout – it's weird, delicious, and I suspect it's deep-fried, but ultimately, it's incredibly tasty. For the neighborhood, the pricing is quite reasonable.

Terrible Experience, Food Poisoning!
My experience at this Wingstop was the worst I've ever had. The chicken was gross and barely had any sauce. I paid for extra seasoned fries, but they seemed completely unseasoned. I wouldn't be surprised if the place was dirty; I've never felt so gross after eating there. I strongly advise against going here. To make matters worse, my partner and I ended up with food poisoning from this place!

Terrible Service, Better Experience Elsewhere
My experience at this restaurant was extremely frustrating. They don't accept cash, and my order took over 25 minutes to be prepared. When I asked for a refund because others who arrived after me received their food, the store manager, who was contacted via FaceTime, seemed clueless about how to process it. I questioned their training and the owner's presence. I was stuck inserting my card repeatedly for almost an hour. The gentleman at the register tried his best but was essentially useless. They never even offered me the food instead of a refund. ***Update: I then went to the other Wingstop location on Denny St. I was third in line, placed the same order (order #46 instead of #54), and received my food fresh and hot in 14 minutes.

Delivery Issues and Staff Negligence
My experience was marred by issues with the delivery process. The area is rough, and it seems delivery orders are frequently stolen by drivers. This happens because the employees working here don’t verify orders are marked as picked up before the driver leaves. It's an unfortunate situation for everyone involved when the restaurant staff don’t do their part.

Overpriced Chicken Bites, Food Poisoning
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the staff were great and the service was quick, the food quality did not match the price. They are serving overpriced Tyson chicken bites, which I found to be no different than what you can buy and heat up at home, but at a significantly higher cost. The fries were good, but not worth the $20 price tag. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse as I later suffered from food poisoning. 💀💀💀😭😭😭😭

Unacceptable Service and No Refund
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. After taking my money, they proceeded to prepare everyone else's orders. I waited for an hour, and when I requested a refund or my food, they refused. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Excellent Food and Service!
I walked in there in a bad mood, but the manager, Arlo, had such a great attitude Sunday night, almost closing. He hooked me up with free fries and then I saw him make the food himself in the back with care and a smile on his face. The crew here is really cool, and the food was excellent. The people truly make the magic happen.

Cold food, incomplete remake
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered dine-in, and unfortunately, both the tenders and fries arrived cold. I requested that the order be remade, but only the tenders were replaced, leaving the fries still cold. I would advise looking elsewhere if you expect your food to be made to order.

Hot Honey Tenders Shine, Ranch Disappoints
I was excited to try Wingstop's hot honey tenders for the first time at this location, as their hot honey flavor is my absolute favorite for breaded chicken. While I still think I prefer the wings for their crunchier breading, these tenders are no slouch. They are a bit on the smaller side but very good, with consistently crunchy breading that's evenly applied. The hot honey flavor remains outstanding, perfectly balancing spice and sweetness with a unique oily/buttery richness. I'm thrilled it's now a permanent menu item. The chicken inside is also impressive – juicy white meat, a rarity where fried chicken is often dry. However, I wasn't a fan of the ranch. Despite its hype, it tasted like normal ranch mixed with buttermilk, giving it a slightly sour flavor and a thin consistency that doesn't coat well. I definitely won't be getting it again. For about $10, the 3-piece tender meal with veggie sticks and a drink offers really good value. Overall, while previously rating the hot honey boneless wings a 9/10, these tenders are a solid 8/10.
