To those leaving bad reviews, are you expecting Michelin restaurant quality food and service? It’s literally Wingstop, lmao. I love this Wingstop and it’s good for its cheap price and fast food. Thank you for being in the city! Wouldn’t know where else to turn to for my late night cravings😋!

My experience at Wing Stop, located within the Mid Market Eats area, was positive. The restaurant offers a variety of different spots to grab food, and Wing Stop is one of them. I was impressed with the many different flavors of wings available. The food quality was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was decent, though the noise level was moderate. Overall, it's a good spot for a meal.

My experience started with a slight hiccup when I accidentally ordered for pickup and then canceled. DoorDash initially stated no refund, but after speaking with support, I was able to get most of my refund and reordered correctly. The important part is that Sofia, my flavor master, did a great job. Every time I order from this Wingstop, it hits the spot. I'm very grateful <3. Upon further review, she did only give me 4 flats and 11 drums, but perhaps that's a good thing to her. I still wish her the best.

My experience began with an inability to reach the restaurant by phone for 15 minutes. I then visited in person, only to be told that the "20 for 20" special I wanted was no longer available. I proceeded to place an online order at 6: 01 PM for a 15-piece boneless meal with cheese fries. To my surprise, my order was called at 6: 07 PM. When I questioned the speed, the manager claimed they rushed my order, which I suspected was a lie. I believed they were trying to give me someone else's old order. The manager then took the food away and stated I would have to wait another 18 minutes 🙄.

My experience at this location was extremely negative. My order was canceled 20 minutes after my delivery was supposed to be made, with no prior call, only a text notification. When I attempted to resolve this with the manager, he was incapable of handling the situation, laughing and repeating irrelevant details. He then hung up on me not once but twice. Upon requesting to speak to a supervisor or get a contact number, he claimed they had neither and hung up again. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a restaurant before. It is appalling to have such employees in charge.

My experience at this restaurant was positive overall. The wings were good, and the customer service was also good. When ordering, it's important to be patient and allow extra time for your order to be processed and prepared. If the app estimates 20 minutes, plan for 30 to 35 minutes. The staff are genuinely good people who are trying their best to assist everyone with their food orders.

My experience ordering from here was surprisingly good, perhaps I just got lucky. I used Uber Eats with a great promo and received my order on time, with everything being correct. The Lemon Pepper and Hot Honey Rub chicken were delicious, though the Louisiana rub was a bit too salty. The chicken itself was tender and juicy, but the fries were soggy. Given the other reviews, I might have had a fortunate experience, but for me, it was fire. I would order again.

We always go to the Wingstop on 1200 Market and they treat us wonderfully! However, yesterday the cashier, "Luisa, " was so unpleasant to us. She made a mistake with the order, and we had to pay for what she had put in extra. When we asked for wipes, she reluctantly gave us two and said, "There are no more. " We go almost every night and will continue to do so, but NOT when she is working.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered 5 wings with a garlic Parmesan rub and 5 wings with a hot honey rub, but unfortunately, I received all 10 wings plain and unseasoned. This was a significant miss on the food quality.
