My experience involved ordering delivery through an app, and I encountered an issue with the third-party delivery service not arriving. Fortunately, Aaron was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. He had my food remade and even contacted DoorDash on my behalf to resolve the situation. The food was fresh when it finally arrived, and Aaron's demeanor on the phone was exceptionally friendly. Thank you, Aaron!

My experience at the restaurant was thrilling, largely thanks to the host, Davide. He was very kind and patient with me, especially as a first-time customer. His excellent service made my visit memorable.

We were happy to have a Wingstop near our home and so far, we haven't had any issues from any locations we visited. The only issue is that online, you can tell them to make your chicken crispy, but not the fries. I had to call in for that request because I'm not a fan of soggy fries. Let's just say, crispy fries here are 🔥.

My experience at the restaurant involved a 18 minute wait time. During this period, I observed that 2-3 other people's orders had to be corrected. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich wasn't seasoned well.

I placed an online order and was told it would be ready by 6: 07 PM. When I arrived on time, they informed me they didn't have the flavor I ordered. Okay, no big deal. After 10 minutes, I asked about the wait time for my online order, only to find out it was already ready the whole time. Smh. This was my first time there, and it will probably be my last. Always some crap with Wingstop at this point, why bother?

My experience was great! I ordered through the app, and it was so easy and smooth. Even calling in to order was a breeze. I love it. I waited about 2-3 minutes and could hear them being tossed in the bowl. The food was so delicious. I then realized I forgot a side of cheese, so I got that too to complete my delicious meal. I love cheese fries. It was so fresh, and my daughter and I really enjoyed this boneless bundle deal.

I ordered on Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the driver stole my food. However, the employee named Destiny was incredibly nice and resolved the situation calmly and respectfully.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered three chicken sandwich meals and waited 15 minutes. During this time, I observed all the workers dancing and goofing off in the kitchen. To my dismay, the cook dropped a chicken filet on the floor. When I requested our money back due to these unsanitary conditions and unprofessional behavior, the staff had a bad attitude. This place clearly needs a new manager and some rules. It's a business, not a circus! If employees don't want to work, they should find other jobs.

I placed an order for pickup on 1/26/25, which included 16 bone-in wings requested well done, 5 boneless wings, and a large fry. Unfortunately, my bone-in wings were undercooked, despite my specific request for them to be well done. This is a recurring issue, as I often receive chewy, fatty wings from this establishment. The chicken itself is humongous, and I'm unsure of the source, but I find it disgusting. The large fry was more akin to a regular size. My wife noted that the boneless wings were overcooked and hard, tasting well done. On a positive note, the lady at the counter was friendly. If you enjoy undercooked wings, this place might be for you.

My experience at the Wingstop on Decatur & Alta was excellent. The customer service man was really nice and patient with us, especially when using the app. The chicken sandwiches were great, and we also enjoyed the BOGO deal they had this weekend. This location never disappoints my wife and I; we always receive great food and service. We will definitely return.
