Order Wrong and Disgusting
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. My order was wrong and disgusting. I ordered a Polish sausage on a pretzel bun, but I received two sandwiches.
The first was a hot dog on a pretzel bun, and the second was a half Polish sausage on a super burnt bun that was not even edible. It was a total waste of money. I will NEVER go back.
I tried to call to make a complaint, but they never answered the phone. The service and atmosphere were rated 4, but the food was a 1.

Order errors despite good staff
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The staff was very nice, which was a positive aspect of the visit. However, I encountered a significant issue with my order.
I used the mobile app to place an order for drive-thru pick-up, and despite the order being correct in the app and on the printed receipt attached to the bag, I received the wrong item. This happened even though the restaurant wasn't busy. While I received an apology text after completing a survey, no refund or credit was offered for the mistake.

Disappointing Experience with Found Object
My experience at this restaurant has unfortunately declined. While it was fine the first couple of times, I recently noticed literal spit in my food. This is a serious issue that makes me unable to recommend it.

Long-time Customer Loves Friendly Service
I've been coming to this restaurant since I moved to Las Vegas in 1998. The manager, whom I know, has likely been working here even longer. She's always friendly, serves me with a smile, and never complains about the special way I like my chili dogs fixed.
Thank you for the great (SPECIAL) service. 😊

Quick Bite with Great Corn Dog
I stopped in for a quick bite and found the hot dogs to be pretty good, but the corn dog was even better. The restaurant was clean and there was no wait, making for a pleasant experience.

Good food, but an onion oversight
My experience at the restaurant was pretty good, with enjoyable food and specials. However, they forgot to add onion to the chili dog, which was a minor oversight. Overall, the food was rated 4/5 and the service was rated 4/5, contributing to a pleasant meal.

Decent Wienerschnitzel, Not Outstanding
My experience at this restaurant was with their wienerschnitzel. While I've had some bad ones in the past, this particular dish was pretty good. It met standard expectations without being overly sloppy or having an off-putting taste, which is a positive considering it's a franchise.
The food was rated a 5, and the atmosphere was a 4, described as quiet and easy to talk. The service also received a 5.

Worst Wiener Schnitzel Experience
I drove all the way from Indian Springs, Nevada, to get chili dogs and chili burgers for people. I arrived at 10: 45 PM. There was a car in the drive-through, and the employee told me she was closed.
She then took the order for the person in front of me and subsequently informed the car behind me that she wouldn't take their order. I am currently at the drive-through window. I rang the bell, and she ran to the back.
It is now 10: 52 PM. She just turned off the lights and is hiding from me in the drive-through, as well as the person next to me. This is the worst Wiener Schnitzel I've ever been to in my life.
