My experience at this restaurant was not the best, and I found it to be overpriced. Compared to Pete's in San Diego, this place doesn't quite measure up. The atmosphere was rated a 1, and the service also received a 1. It was also very loud, making it difficult to hear. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.

I visited the San Diego location at Liberty Station Market and ordered the Wicked Hot fries on top of the Captain Catch, which cost around $30+. While eating my fries, I discovered bacon, which wasn't listed on the menu. I confirmed with the cashier that bacon was not supposed to be included. As a pescatarian of over 12 years, bacon is not part of my diet. I had to discard the rest of my fries. My friend tried them and noted they tasted like clam chowder with chunks of potatoes, suggesting I received the clam chowder fries, which are priced around $20. The cashier apologized but offered no refund or credit for the $10 difference. Although polite, I felt frustrated by the situation. This was my second visit; I enjoyed it the first time and wanted to share the experience with my friend. However, I'm upset with the incorrect order and how it was handled.
