Good Value All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot
My experience at this restaurant was a good one, offering an inexpensive option for all-you-can-eat hot pot in the Richmond district. For $36, the price was inclusive of both food and alcoholic beverages. The service was rated a 2, and the atmosphere also received a 2, with a moderate noise level.
Food quality was rated a 3.

Great Hotpot with Excellent Service
Our go-to hotpot spot offers amazing quality of meats. The excellent service and the all-you-can-drink option for dinner are nice pluses. While the name might be a bit confusing, it's definitely a great hotpot spot!

Unable to order, had to leave
Our experience at the restaurant was extremely frustrating. The server did not speak English, making it impossible to understand him. We attempted to order by pointing at the food, but he repeatedly said 'no'.
Due to this significant communication barrier, we ended up leaving without eating. It's essential to have staff who can communicate effectively with customers.

Epic Hot Pot Adventure!
Believe it! Grand Hot Pot Lounge is the place to go if you're looking for a meal that’s as epic as a battle between shinobi! The moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was just as warm and inviting as the Hidden Leaf Village.
The staff? They’re like a team of well-trained ninjas, always ready to assist with a smile. The broths are nothing short of legendary, each one more flavorful than the last—it's like tasting the hidden jutsu of culinary perfection!
The ingredients are top-quality, from the freshest veggies to the most tender meats and seafood. You can tell they put their heart and soul into everything they serve, just like a true shinobi! And don’t even get me started on the dipping sauces—they’re like your secret weapons, giving you the power to customize each bite to your exact liking.
Whether you're a seasoned hotpot warrior or just starting your ninja training, Grand Hot Pot Lounge is the place to fuel up before your next mission. Dattebayo! Can't wait to come back for another round!

Incredible Value All-You-Can-Eat Deal!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's a fun place to eat for a cheap price. The all you can eat and drink for $40 is truly a steal.
The restaurant was also able to accommodate for a table of 10, which was great, and they were also able to cater to gluten-free eaters.

Worth Every Penny for Unlimited Eats!
I experienced the all you can eat option and it was fantastic. The AYCE dinner menu was comprehensive, including appetizers and drinks that weren't on the lunch menu. Our bill, before tip, was $76, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny.
For a date night with unlimited eats and drinks, $110 is an incredible value that's hard to find these days. We will definitely be back!

Great Value All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot
For an all-you-can-eat hot pot and drinks, it’s well worth it, but don’t come expecting the absolute best of everything. The broths were delicious, and they offer every sauce and condiment you could want for dipping. The service was super speedy fast; it felt like we blinked and the food was there.
For the dinner menu, they offer crab, wine, and sake! Their portions are pretty large too for ordering meat slices and vegetables. I’ve never seen more items to choose from on an all-you-can-eat menu than this spot – it’s double-sided!
It’s a totally fun, lighthearted environment, though it’s not quiet here. It’s great value for money for sure! They even offer a pretty large variety of cooked food to choose from, like spring rolls, potstickers, crab Rangoon, and orange chicken.

Raw Chicken and Poor Discount
My experience at this restaurant involved an all-you-can-eat hot pot meal. While the hot pot itself was great, a side order of orange chicken arrived completely raw. Although a new order was brought out, the experience was marred by this oversight.
Considering the hot pot cost over $100, a mere $3 discount for the raw chicken incident felt insufficient and demonstrated poor customer service. Additionally, I noticed a significant amount of dirty dishes and utensils.
