Wonderful Food, Friendly Staff, Great Value!
My experience at this restaurant was truly wonderful. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
I also found the price to be very good for the quality and quantity of food received. The restaurant was consistently clean, and the food tasted very fresh. I love it here!

Salty Short Ribs, Bland Hot Pot
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. I found that I basically didn't eat the grilled meat. The beef short ribs were a bit too salty.
For Asian palates, the hot pot didn't have much flavor. On the positive side, the service was excellent, rated 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was good, rated 4 out of 5. The food overall was also rated 4 out of 5.

Expensive DIY Korean BBQ
My experience at this restaurant was unexpected. I did not anticipate paying $36 to cook my own food. The broth was bland and served in a plastic pitcher, as were the plates, spoons, and bowls.
Our server was sweet but seemed a bit lost when it came to explaining the DIY Korean BBQ concept to newcomers like us. Despite the service and presentation issues, the bulgogi and short ribs were delicious, and the veggie offerings were good. However, it still felt too expensive for what we received.

Quality and Service Decline
I've been to this restaurant many times since it opened, but sadly, the quality of food and service has dropped off considerably. Because of this decline, I won't be returning.

Great Food and Service, Needs Playlist Update
My experience at this restaurant has been great every time I've visited for lunch or dinner. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is perfect. The only aspect that could be improved is the music; I would love to hear more K-pop songs.
They seem to have the same playlist, which can get boring after a while. I suggest updating the playlist to keep the atmosphere fresh.

Hot Pot & BBQ: Service Issues Mar All-You-Can-Eat
While Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ in Orlando offers a compelling all-you-can-eat dining concept, my experience was significantly hindered by operational shortcomings. The level of service was unsatisfactory and detracted from the overall meal. A primary concern was the maintenance of the tabletop grill.
The grill grate became heavily soiled and charred quickly, and the absence of a scraping tool necessitated frequent replacements, which disrupted the dining flow. Although staff can assist with changing the grill, the service was not attentive enough to address this proactively. Despite a broad and appealing selection of ingredients for both hot pot and barbecue, the inattentive service and recurring equipment issues overshadowed the positive aspects of the interactive dining format.
Ultimately, these service and maintenance failures resulted in a frustrating and disappointing visit.

Unique Build-Your-Own Dining Experience
I had an interesting dining experience where I could build my own dish and cook it in a soup base. The staff were very attentive. The menu is self-serve and all-you-can-eat, with the caveat that you must eat all you take, and there is no take-out option.
The beverage selection was good.

Delicious All-You-Can-Eat Hotpot!
My experience at this Korean Hotpot restaurant was very delicious. It's an all-you-can-eat hotpot place, making it a great spot for meat lovers and Korea enthusiasts. While not a large establishment, the inside and tables were clean.
The atmosphere, service, and food all received a perfect score of 5. There's plenty of free parking available in the lot.

Terrible food and forced tip
I came here with 3 more people. We got the food ourselves, and when we were done, a server forced us to tip them 18% ($25) of the bill. She didn't care about customers at all but still wanted the tip.
The food wasn't fresh and tasted terrible. Thank you for ruining my last experience.

A Learning Curve for a Unique Experience
My experience at this restaurant involved quite a learning curve. Once I figured out the choices available, I then had to figure out how to make the food. It's a unique process that requires some effort to understand.
