Villa Taverna - Reviews

My experience was negative from the start. I walked by and inquired about the members club, but the host was very rude and short with me, making me feel judged by my age or race. It felt like a classic snobby club for the rich and snooty. I wouldn't want to eat here even if I was a member.

My experience at the restaurant was marred by the unbearable narrow seating. The table was incredibly small, meant for six people, yet the table edge was right at guests' chests. There was no space to place your feet, let alone a backpack. This made for a very uncomfortable dining experience.

My experience at this private club was quite positive. It's unique in that it can be used by members for business entertaining, which is a departure from most private clubs. The atmosphere was quiet and nicely decorated, a welcome change from noisy establishments where patrons might be "slobbering food at the next table. " They also host regular food/wine special events with experts. The membership dues are quite reasonable.

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. I enjoyed GREAT AND QUALITY FOOD with GREAT FOOD PRESENTATION. The SERVICE IS TRADITIONAL FINE DINNING, with EXCELLENT OLD FASHIONED SERVICE. The servers were very professional and polite, and the manager was very nice. The place itself is very nice and elegantly furnished, very clean and quiet. They also have a GREAT WINE LIST. It's an EXCELLENT PLACE!
