Mixed Feelings on Authentic Vietnamese
We were hungry for some authentic Vietnamese food after a long day out. Locals recommended this restaurant, so we decided to try it. The banh coung was good, and the bun thit nuong was also good. My only suggestion is that the shrimp could have been bigger. Unfortunately, both my daughter and niece found hair in their food. My niece's pork chop was undercooked, but they did take it back to recook it and brought out an extra piece. I probably wouldn't recommend this place if you're not from the Orlando area, as there are other restaurants available, and this one seems to be catered more towards locals.

Delicious Pho Broth and Pork Chop
My experience at this restaurant was quite positive. I found it to be one of the better pho places in Orlando. The grilled pork chop was a standout, being both flavorful and tender. While the pho itself was at an average price, the broth was delicious! The service and atmosphere were rated a 4, and the food also received a 4.

Fantastic Pho and Tasty Banh Mi
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, centered around some truly tasty banh mi and absolutely fantastic pho. The setting was casual and cozy, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. While the service isn't very fast, the food, especially the pho, is worth the wait. The noodles in the pho were just too good! I'll definitely be coming back again sometime.

Unacceptable Carelessness with Takeout Orders
I am extremely frustrated with my experience. This is the second time I've ordered takeout and had issues. The first time, my bún chả was missing the fish sauce, which I overlooked. However, today, my bún đậu order was missing the shrimp paste. I live 40 minutes from downtown, making it impossible to return for the missing item. To make matters worse, I was the only customer ordering at the time, so there's no excuse for the restaurant being busy. Their work is incredibly careless. When I called to complain, they offered to add extra shrimp paste on my next visit, which is completely unacceptable.

Good Service, Mixed Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good and average. The "Cơm Tấm" dishes were of average size, but they used whole rice instead of the traditional broken rice, which was a bit unexpected. However, the "Bun thịt nướng" dish was gigantic, generously filled with noodles, vegetables, grilled pork, and egg rolls. Each dish was around $15. I highly recommend trying their Vietnamese ice coffee, as it was very good. The service was excellent; the young lady who served us was attentive and kept our water refilled. The restaurant itself is quite small, with about 10 tables, and the old decorations suggest it's been in business for a while. The atmosphere was quiet, making it easy to talk.

Chemical Stench Drove Us Away
My colleague and I tried to have lunch here based on recommendations from the Orlando Sentinel food critic. Parking was abysmal, which was expected given its location on East Colonial. However, the truly unpleasant surprise was the overwhelming stench of chemicals emanating from the adjacent nail salon. Upon entering, the smell was immediate and intense, causing a pounding headache and a numb sensation within 30 seconds. My colleague experienced a similar reaction. We apologized to the very sweet server and explained our departure. Her response, "Yes, a lot of people say that. " was telling. If you are sensitive to chemical smells, it's advisable to have a backup dining plan. We are truly sorry we couldn't stay to try their food.

Disappointing Banh Cuon Experience
We visited with a party of 4 and ordered the banh cuon. Unfortunately, the nuoc mam fish sauce was sour, and the sauteed meat wrapped inside the banh cuon had too much dried mushroom, making it look black. The cha lua was not chewy and tasted soggy. Our first order also came out missing the fried onion, which is crucial for banh cuon. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Excellent Vietnamese Food and Kind Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I tried two dishes: Bo Tai Chanh (Vietnamese beef carpaccio) and Goi Vit (duck salad). Both were extremely tasty and came in well portioned amounts, with plenty of protein. I appreciated that they accommodated my request for no raw onions in both dishes. The servers were kind, and I'm looking forward to returning the next time I'm in Orlando. The restaurant is a little tight, but it wasn't a significant issue.

Authentic Vietnamese Home Cooking
My experience at Vietnam Cuisine-Quán Nhỏ's new cơm chỉ was like a trip back to home-cooked meals. For just $16, you can choose two dishes, like caramelized fish or chicken, plus a soup. This isn't your typical phở or bánh mì; it's the kind of food our parents used to make. Available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with new items rotated weekly, this is the place for real Vietnamese comfort food.

Delicious Vietnamese Delights!
My experience at the restaurant was delicious! The Bánh cuốn was incredibly fresh. I also enjoyed the Canh bún, which was full of toppings and the blood cubes were perfect. The Bún chả was a generous portion and very tasty. The restaurant was quiet and easy to talk in, and we experienced no wait time. We were a group of 3-4 people.
