Value (3.2 out of 10)

mentioned by 11% of the guests

When it comes to value, this spot seems to be a bit of a mixed bag, leaning heavily towards disappointment. While a couple of guests did find the pricing to be affordable and the prices very fair, these positive sentiments are unfortunately quite rare, based on just 2 positive opinions out of 17 total. Its a small glimmer of hope in an otherwise challenging picture.

However, the overall sentiment regarding value is quite low, with a score of just 3.2, which is considered poor, and customer satisfaction sitting at a very low 11.8%, also poor. Many guests felt it was a waste due to issues like a mandatory 20% gratuity, extra charges for takeout pizza, and a corkage fee that felt excessively high. The pizza prices' were also a point of contention, often feeling disproportionate to the quality or other menu items.

Delicious Neapolitan Pizza at Via Tribunali
My experience at Via Tribunali was fantastic! The restaurant is tastefully decorated, transporting diners to southern Italy. I absolutely love this place. I usually visit the Queen Anne location, but the Capitol Hill location is just as good. It's a bit bigger than the Queen Anne location and features a back room for private events.

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Experience
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their Neapolitan style pizza, which I found to be very flavorful, especially the sauce. I want to clarify that the pizza is intentionally served as it is in Naples, Italy, and is not undercooked, as some might mistakenly believe. The atmosphere is moody and offers a nice ambiance. Overall, it's a very solid spot if you appreciate this specific type of pizza. Be prepared to cut your pizza and eat it with a knife and fork, as this is part of the authentic experience.

Great Flavors, Minor Food Issues
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. While the food had great flavor overall, I encountered a couple of issues: the pizza was undercooked and my cocktail had too much ice. Despite these minor setbacks, the salad and crostini with whole roasted tomatoes and goat cheese were the stars of the meal. I would come back and try the food again.
