Rotten Mango Lassis and Food Safety Concerns
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I ordered mango lassis due to a buy one get one deal, but they arrived rotten. I tried one, thinking it might be my taste buds, but it made me sick with diarrhea.
I do not recommend eating anything from this place because it seems basic food safety protocol is not followed. It's incredibly frustrating to pay money and end up sick. Experiences like this make me not want to eat out at all, and I will definitely never be eating anything from this place again.
Yuck!

Best Nepali Momo and More!
If you're looking for the best Nepali momo, chatpat, and sukuti chowmein, then I highly recommend this place. My experience was fantastic, especially with the food which was rated a perfect 5. The atmosphere also received a 5-star rating, making for a great dining environment.
The service was also excellent, contributing to a very positive overall experience.

Great Food, Speedy Service, Reasonable Prices
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed the great food, which was served with speedy service. The prices were also reasonable.
Don't be intimidated by the big menu; it's mostly just different protein options for the 14 or so dishes they have.

Tasteless Lamb Biryani - Avoid!
My experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered the lamb biryani, which was tasteless and of extremely bad quality. I couldn't eat it because there were no good pieces of lamb.
I do not recommend this dish.

Chow Mein Could Be Better
On my first day in SF, I decided to order something simple and easy around Soma Square. I ordered the chow mein. Unfortunately, the chow mein could have been better; it arrived bland, with less sauces and spices.
My experience with the food was a 3 out of 5, while the service received a 4.

Mixed Feelings on Indian Cuisine
My experience at the restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. I ordered the Paneer Makhani (medium spice), Butter Chicken (mild spice), Gulab Jamun, and Rice Pudding. The Gulab Jamun was warm and delicious, a definite highlight.
However, the Paneer Makhani was bland and didn't seem to be cooked in the sauce as expected. The Rice Pudding looked appealing, but unfortunately, it tasted burnt, as if some of the rice had been scraped off after burning. Due to these issues, I will not be returning.

Terrible Experience at Urban Curry
My experience at Urban Curry on Larkin Street was absolutely terrible. The food was atrocious. The Gobi Manchurian was excessively sweet, tasting more like dessert due to an insane amount of sugar.
The Paneer Tikka Masala was drenched in an unidentifiable oil and was also way too sweet, not tasting like proper Indian food. The Egg Chow Mein was the worst part, so bad I regretted not getting a frozen meal. The naan was doughy, undercooked, and borderline inedible.
It's clear they have no idea how to cook. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Good Biryani and Chow Mein
I’ve only ever ordered takeout, but their biryani and chow mein are both very good. I’ll keep ordering from them! One time they didn’t give me raita though, so make sure to ask.

Rude Owner, Wrong Order, Bad Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The owner, Amar, was rude. They screwed up my order, and when I tried calling them, their phone number was listed wrongly on Google!
After talking to the owner, he did nothing about it and did not even care to understand what I was saying or admit to his own mistake! It was very unprofessional!

Racist treatment, food okay
My experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. I went there to support local Nepalese businesses, but unfortunately, we were treated like garbage. The service was terrible, and the atmosphere was unpleasant, reflected in their low ratings of 1 for both.
While the food received a rating of 3, it couldn't compensate for the overall negative experience.
