Delicious Rolls and Attentive Service
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The server was incredibly attentive, and the rolls were absolutely delicious. We tried the Seattle, Pike Place, and Dragon Roll, and all of them were super delicious.

Best Sushi Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the rice was also good. I particularly enjoyed the Pike Place roll with ponzu sauce, which was hands down the best I've had so far. The Dragon roll was amazing, and the hamachi was delicious as well. I will definitely be back.

Excellent Sushi Near Pike Place!
I highly recommend a visit to Urara if you're looking for a great sushi spot near Pike Place Market. We ordered a few rolls and the omakase sashimi for lunch, and it did not disappoint. The omakase comes with miso soup too. The portion sizes were large, and we left feeling very satisfied. They also have gluten-free tamari sauce available; if you're gluten intolerant, make sure to ask a server for it as it's not listed on their menu.

Photos Misleading, Unpleasant Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The photos of the place are not accurate; the space has downsized, and the bar pictured has been absorbed by the kitchen. I encountered many flies and a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, which significantly detracted from the atmosphere.

Urara: A Cozy Sushi Gem
My experience at Urara was fantastic! I've been searching for the best sushi in downtown Seattle, and Urara has become one of my favorites. It's a wonderfully cozy, hole-in-the-wall place where the fish is amazing and the servings are large. The team is incredibly kind and hard-working, and the prices are very reasonable. I especially love its proximity to Pike Place. On rainy nights, enjoying sushi at the bar with a book is a perfect way to spend time. Whether you visit with friends or by yourself, you're guaranteed to have a good time and leave feeling happy and satisfied.

Fantastic Lunch Near Pike Place Market
We decided to have an early lunch at Urara before exploring Pike Place Market, having heard good things about the place. Opting to sit at the counter allowed us to interact with the chef. We enjoyed the smaller omakase, which included tuna, scallop, crab, flounder, and an absolutely perfect, fatty, and fresh salmon. We also savored a glorious sake-don, two stunning pieces of mackerel sashimi, and the best takoyaki ever. The chef generously added a mixed seafood poke on the house, which was so good! It was a fantastic meal, offering a wonderful escape just steps away from the bustling market. I highly recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat.

Exquisite Seafood Masterpieces!
At first glance, this place may look like just another hole in the wall seafood restaurant, but it couldn't be further from that. It is small, and a reservation is highly recommended. However, if you get the chance to experience the masterpieces of the artist behind the counter, you will not be disappointed. The service was quick, and the food was exquisite. I would one hundred percent eat here almost every day if I possibly could. Stopping through the area on vacation, this is a must-have; it is as authentic as can be, and the flavor is unmatched. I cannot wait to come back, and the friendly staff here is always welcoming to anybody. It is a great environment and a very peaceful place to be.

Chirashi Bowl Delight!
My experience at the restaurant was centered around their Chirashi. The chef's choice offered an excellent assortment of fish, including tuna, salmon, scallop, squid, and shrimp. The scallop was my absolute favorite, and the tuna was amazing, serving as a great indicator of the fish's freshness. The salmon was also great. I was very pleased with my bowl and felt super full and satisfied after my meal.

Traditional Sushi with Limited Spice Options
My experience at this small restaurant offered decent sushi with a limited menu. The fish was fresh and high quality, and the hot foods were made to order. However, if you enjoy spicy rolls and dishes, this is not the place for you. This establishment leans towards more traditional Japanese sushi than many other places in Seattle. The staff were friendly, though they were not always easily accessible as they frequently disappeared into the back kitchen.
