With 7 positive opinions out of 12 total, the sentiment is leaning positive, even if the overall score sits at an average 6.6. However, its not all perfect. The main point of contention, highlighted by 1 negative opinion, is that the place isnt really set up or prepared for dine-in.

Value (3.4 out of 10)

mentioned by 28% of the guests

While the overall picture for value isnt great, a couple of customers did find some silver linings. They mentioned the price could be very cheap for the amount you get or simply cheaper in certain instances. These few positive remarks, accounting for 2 out of 14 opinions, offer a tiny glimmer of hope.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of feedback, 10 out of 14 comments, points to significant issues. Customers frequently cited concerns about money, delivery fee, service fee, and the overall price'. Opinions often mentioned unexpected charges, high costs for insubstantial dishes, and even money being withheld.

This widespread dissatisfaction, reflected in a very low score of 3.4 and customer satisfaction of only 14.3%, indicates significant room for improvement.

Wrong Order, Unprofessional Service
I ordered pizza through this pizzeria and it was the wrong one. This pizzeria is in a different state than the one I wanted to order from (same name). When I called THIS pizzeria to explain and cancel the order, they refused me to be able to talk to a manager and told me they were keeping my money. VERY unprofessional, they should be ashamed as the way they treat people. Absolutely pathetic! Don’t go here!

Great Meatball Sub Experience
My experience at this restaurant was great for a midday bite. I ordered the meatball sub, which was on point. The combination of green peppers and red onion gave it a unique pizza-like flavor. It's a quick bite spot with limited seating (12 seats total), but it was exactly what I was looking for. A nice perk was that the sub was served with a side of marinara and ranch.
