My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, and my burger was exceptionally juicy. I also want to address the 20% service fee. While some might question it, I found it to be a reasonable and transparent practice, especially after speaking with the manager. It sounds like it ensures everyone is taken care of, including healthcare. I felt it was fair and even added an extra $10, which gets split among the staff. The atmosphere was also rated a 5, contributing to a great overall dining experience.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by a significant issue with their automatic tipping policy. Adding 20% automatically is, in my opinion, highway robbery. The concept of TIPs, which stands for TO INSURE PROMPT SERVICE, is undermined when a tip is mandated. I believe restaurants should pay their servers a fair price and allow customers to decide if the service was good enough to warrant an additional tip. The food price was already high enough to afford a reasonable wage. Due to this policy, we will not be back.

My experience at the restaurant was very nice. I brought my service dog and we sat outside. The food was great and the servers were very attentive. The atmosphere was rated 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

This is a nice spot with very good food. We enjoyed the French dip and the Mac and Cheese. The portion size was great and the quality was more than enough. It's definitely a spot to check out. You can grab a drink, watch the game, and enjoy a night out.

We had such a wonderful experience! Having never been here before, I took a chance and brought my elder parents in for lunch while they were visiting me from out of state. They had a tough travel day, and I was scrambling to find a place that had something for everyone. The Victor checked all the boxes, but what really made our visit worth writing about is our bartender/server Kelly! It was like she could sense the stress and exhaustion coming from us. Kelly went above and beyond to take care of us, suggesting the most delicious appetizer (fried polenta) and accommodating all of my father’s drink modifications! Thank you Kelly & Victor Tavern! We’ll be back in soon!

My experience at this restaurant involved a very good truffle burger and a salad made with fresh ingredients. However, I found the quality-to-price ratio to be not truly adapted to what we ate in the end, which seems to be the case for most places in this city.
