Friendly locals and great atmosphere
I came here for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. It was really laid back and you can tell the people that come here are really friendly. Many are locals because they came to one person I was talking to just to say, "hi, " to him.
Shauna was really cool & while she was busy she did talk to me for a bit about the neighborhood. I definitely plan on returning as this is a really friendly bar.

Awesome Dive Bar with Great Pool
My experience at this awesome dive bar was fantastic. The bartenders were great, and they have a solid pool table. I will definitely be adding this place to my rotation for playing pool.

Cozy, intimate spot for solo reflection
What a cozy and intimate place, exclusively for drinks. The barista/owner is expansive and friendly. The place to be for being alone with personal thought or (in any case) with over 21 😁

Great Local Dive Bar with Excellent Bartender
My kind of local dive bar. If you’re lucky enough to get Ellen as your bartender you’ll have a great time! Ask her for some recommendations if you’re not a local.

Solid Crowd, Tasty Drinks, Pricey for Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was marked by tasty drinks, though they might have been a lil pricey for the dive bar vibe. The crowd was solid and there was a nice pool table. The music was a lil loud in some areas, making it difficult to chat, but this might have been influenced by the person I was with.

Local watering hole with BYOB
My experience at this friendly, local watering hole in Noe Valley was that of a casual outing. They offer a pool table, which is a nice addition. The establishment focuses on the slingin' of drinks and cocktails, and they do it well.
As they don't have kitchen service, food can be brought in, making it a convenient spot if you're looking to enjoy your own meal with their drinks.

Great local and common beers
My experience at this brewery tap room was great. They feature locally produced beers as well as the more common Deschutes ones.

Great Dive Bar for a Bachelorette Party!
My experience at this bar was super fun! We stopped here for my bachelorette party weekend. Shauna created the best drinks and shots for our group.
The food was great too! Overall, it's a great dive bar!

Rude Service and Billing Error
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. The barmaid was super rude. When I inquired about the beer selection, she grinned, pointed to the side, and told me to 'go look yourself.
' Additionally, I was charged at my card even though I paid in cash. This billing error caused significant inconvenience.

A True Neighborhood Gem
This is the epitomable neighborhood bar in Noe Valley, a late evening gathering spot for many locals to catch a Giants or 49ers game with friends, or to grab a pint of Anchor Steam to reflect on the day or week. The staff is super friendly, and there's always a warm atmosphere (figuratively and literally). Whether you're hunched over the pool table (pre-COVID), watching a game on an outdoor screen in their de rigueur outdoor parklet, or tapping around on your phone on the back patio, it's a welcoming place.
We'll miss them during the COVID absence but will be ready to belly up for a pint when the world eventually changes for the better and for the safer. Cheers 🍻
