My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's truly the best kept secret sandwich place in SF. I was absolutely amazed by how delicious the sourdough bread roll with Pastrami and sriracha sauce was. The pastrami itself was incredibly smoky and simply out of this world. I definitely want to go back and bring friends and family.

My experience at M Stop Deli was fantastic! The sandwiches are truly on another level. I stopped by with my family on a recent trip to the city. It's a small deli with a few tables, and although it was busy, the line moved fast. The workers were super nice, and the Halal sandwiches were great!

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The J line was mushy and unfortunately, it left both my girlfriend and me with stomach aches. The Dutch crunch bread was also not crispy but soggy, which was a letdown. To top it off, the sandwich was pretty small for $16.

At lunch, the shop was busy but not packed, with a chill, casual vibe. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the sandwich was well-balanced and flavorful. That said, it’s definitely on the pricier side for a sandwich (ours was $20). You’re paying more than you would at a typical deli, but the quality is there, and it’s worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Stepping inside is like taking a trip back to the early '90s, with a cool collection of Muni decor, seats, posters, and tickets that showcase San Francisco history. I always go for their most popular sandwich, the M Line, featuring smoked halal tri-tip. I get it on a soft roll with extra barbecue sauce – it's so damn good! I usually pair it with a bag of chips and a Salam Cola. Don't forget the dessert; the homemade banana pudding is a must-try, it's incredibly good. Whenever I'm in the area, I definitely hit up M Stop and highly suggest you do the same. You won't be disappointed; Sally is a great, down-to-earth, kind, and honest guy.

There is one small step to get inside, impacting wheelchair accessibility. The meal type was lunch, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.
