I let the reviews fool me and tried that location. It was a terrible experience. The order was missing items, and the rest was nasty. It was so far away it's not worth it to bring it back. I contacted their team, and they never responded.

My experience at the restaurant was largely defined by the exceptional service provided by our server, Ryan. He was the only server on duty, yet he was incredibly amazing, sweet, and very fast. I truly hope he is blessed and happy! The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk. However, the food received a moderate rating of 3. We had no wait time for seating, and chose to dine in the indoor area. I encourage everyone to go and treat Ryan great.

This is especially disappointing as I’ve worked for this chain before and know the expected level of service, which was nowhere close. My friend’s shrimp was overcooked, and our drinks tasted nothing alike, with hers drenched in sour mix. Our server never checked on us, instead sitting at a table as if we didn’t exist. To top it off, when I paid with a $100 bill, I wasn’t even given the correct change back. This experience was beyond unacceptable and not what this brand stands for at all. I will never return.

This is one of my favorite seafood restaurants. I experienced quick service, clean seafood, and reasonable prices. They offer daily happy hour drinks, and the staff is always accommodating and nice. I recommend the clams and the fried catfish.
