My experience at the restaurant was a huge disappointment. The ham was overcooked, burned, and completely dried out. For the price, this was nothing like the quality Honey Baked Ham is known for.

I stopped in to buy a ham bone to make some split pea soup. I was welcomed for coming in and thanked for coming in. The ham bone I purchased was reasonably priced and still had plenty of ham on it.

During Thanksgiving, I went to pick up a ham. After confirming my order and payment, I was told that no order existed. I had to search for my order and payment myself. When the order was finally found, no apology was offered. The staff demonstrated a lack of customer service skills, despite the store not being busy and having a pre-booked pickup time.

My experience at this restaurant involved dry ham and smoked turkey. Having enjoyed Honey Baked products for over 30 years, I noticed a difference in taste and appearance compared to their Los Angeles locations. I regularly travel to LA for food runs and will be adding Honey Baked ham to my list of places to revisit there.

The staff worked very hard the day before Thanksgiving to get everyone their orders. Even though the extra lines of people caused them to stay an hour past closing time, the staff remained cheerful and should be praised for their dedication that day. My experience was positive due to the staff's commitment.

I was disappointed to leave a negative review, as I typically love Honey Baked Ham. I placed an order for pickup on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for an individual meal. When I went to heat it up on Thanksgiving, I realized they had given me 1lb of turkey instead of 1lb of ham. I was initially a little frustrated because I had already waited an hour and a half for pickup due to no dedicated line for online orders. To make matters worse, I cannot eat turkey. My frustration grew when I called corporate on Friday and spoke to a rude representative. I then called the location today, as they were closed for the holiday on Thursday and Friday (which is understandable). I spoke to Thomas, who was also very rude and simply told me to call back on Monday to speak with David, before hanging up. It seemed like everyone I spoke with was rude. However, I was able to chat with David today, and he very kindly and quickly resolved the issue with a refund. He was the one who helped me place the order and was also out talking to customers in line on Wednesday. He is a very nice guy and provides great service. Because of his awesome help, I am updating this review from 2 to 4 stars.

My experience was fantastic! The Ham was a delight, and the Turkey was excellent. The side dishes were also good. My husband, who is very particular, loved it. I will definitely be placing a new order for Christmas. The best part was that both the Ham and the Turkey came pre-sliced, which made my work so much easier. I just had to decorate, and the table was beautifully served.

I preordered our Thanksgiving turkey and sides and prepaid for the meal. I arrived a little early for my 6 pm pickup and was shocked to see a line wrapped around the building and into the parking lot. I asked someone about a third of the way through the line how long they had been waiting, and she said an hour. An employee walking by admitted part of the issue was his fault. When I inquired about the wait time from my position, he estimated at least 1. 5 hours. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait as I had a 7 pm family commitment. I requested to cancel my order, and he noted my confirmation number, promising to process it before closing. It was an outrageous and disastrous experience. Shame on Honey Baked Ham.

I visited the store the day before Thanksgiving and ordered the smoked turkey. Let me tell you, it did not fail! The flavors were wonderful and it wasn’t dry at all. Thanks so much.

I just don't understand why people have to wait outside for a ham. I don't understand why people can't place an order online, pay, and go pick it up. I just thank and praise God for ham being at other stores. Happy Holidays and I'll NEVER go there again!
