My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food was pretty solid, I encountered an unacceptable billing issue. A tip was retroactively added to my charge that I did not leave. I was originally charged $15. 98, for which I have a receipt, but it was adjusted to $17. 18 a few days later. This billing discrepancy is unacceptable. Otherwise, the food was quite good.

My experience at this restaurant was akin to Panda Express for Asian food or Chipotle for Mexican food – it's a fast-food take on Arabic cuisine. The food quality received a score of 2, and the atmosphere was also rated a 2. The service also scored a 2.

I placed an order at 8: 30 PM with a promised pickup time of 8: 41 PM. Both online and on the signs outside, the restaurant states they close at 9 PM. Upon arriving for pickup, I was told they were closed and that my order had been cancelled. They should have at least sent a cancellation text. I'm sure the food would have been great if I had gotten any.

One of the service providers, described as the 'small one', was rude and did not provide proper service. The owner needs to teach them better service to retain clients. My experience was made exceptional by Juan, who was a true delight! Despite the POS system not working for the rewards program, Juan was able to troubleshoot and ensure I received my credit. My experience at this restaurant was absolutely horrendous. Having recently moved from NYC, I was craving a good chicken over rice. Instead, I received rather stale and uncooked chicken coated in a mediocre sauce. The rice was old, and so were the olives. I will never be going back again.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing due to the blandness of the main dishes. I found the chicken to be just plain chunks on bland rice, and the white sauce was merely 'meh'. While the hot sauce did provide heat, it lacked flavor. However, the falafel were delicious! It's possible this was just an off day for the restaurant.
