My experience was with an Uber Eats order. The initial delivery estimate was 30-40 minutes. After waiting for an hour, the estimated delivery time was extended to 3 hours. A driver was assigned, but the status remained "restaurant is finishing up order" for two hours. I ultimately canceled the order after waiting for over two hours for a simple hamburger and fries. It was absolutely ridiculous.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. To start, half of my order was missing, which was quite insulting. When I inquired about it, the staff acted as if I was speaking a different language, showing a complete lack of understanding or willingness to help. The gyro I did receive was dry, and the service was incredibly slow, described as slower than a snail in molasses. Overall, the experience left me feeling like I had been robbed of both my money and a decent meal. I would advise others to save themselves the aggravation and go to Little Greek instead.

This had become my favorite place, and I am always craving their rice bowl. However, on our most recent visit, the food was nowhere near as good as it usually is. We opted for takeout, and when we got home, our orders were wrong. I paid extra for more chicken and never received it. My husband's pita was stale, and the meat was like cardboard. I also received significantly less food in my bowl than I usually would. It was a very disappointing experience.

I've seen this place many times but never had the opportunity to try it out until today. I happened to be in the area and was craving a gyro. Very glad I stopped by. The cashier was nice and it didn't take long at all to get the food after ordering. I took mine to go and I live 14 minutes away so it took a while to eat. But It was delicious! Next time I'm most certainly going to eat in so I can have it even fresher. Very happy I've found a good gyro place. Will have to try out other items also.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to the quality of the gyro meat. The gyro meat was dryed out, and it seemed like they tried to compensate for this by using an excessive amount of tzatziki sauce. While the service was rated a 4 and the atmosphere a 3, the food quality, rated a 3, was the main issue. The recommended dish was the Gyro Plate, which unfortunately did not meet expectations.

My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. The gyros were served cold, and while the fries were good, the steak was overdone. I specifically requested my steak to be cooked medium, but it arrived well done. This was after I had already finished my meal.

I just left and will never return. Where shall I begin… Upon walking in, there were tables with dirty plates and trays, and they were not short-handed. There was a girl at the register, a younger guy in the back with the cook, and then two more guys appeared, one wearing a black shirt, and a female wearing a black shirt – not sure if they were management. One more female appeared. Well, here I go… We ordered two gyro plates with rice and a side salad 🥗 for an additional $4. 99, and it’s just iceberg lettuce – not a real Greek salad. The gyro meat must have been already shaved off and left on the side of the grill, and it wasn’t hot at all. The rice pilaf tasted like boxed rice. It was the worst I’ve ever had. The pita was not a brand-name pita like at a real Greek restaurant. With all that being said, wherever the 4. 8-star reviews came from, it makes you wonder if they’re putting them. I’m not hard to please, but this was the worst gyro lunch we have ever had in Florida. The pictures taken on their end aren’t what a real serving looks like. Highly disappointed!

My experience at the restaurant involved ordering a Lamb Gyros. While the food was good, I found the portion size to be kind of small compared to other Mediterranean restaurants. The lemon soup was a plus. However, a skinny gyro isn't for me.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the service. The person taking my order was extremely rude and condescending. This behavior was so off-putting that I decided to not give this location my business and left. I've also noticed other reviews mentioning rude staff, suggesting that further training on proper customer service is necessary to prevent losing more clients.

I stopped by for a quick dinner after work and left absolutely impressed! For a chain restaurant, this place has some of the most humble, welcoming, and genuinely friendly staff I’ve met. Such a great reflection of their leadership (shoutout to manager Myla 👏). The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to order. I had the classic Greek salad topped with gyro meat (so good!), perfectly grilled lamb skewers, and finished it all off with baklava ice cream that was out of this world 🍨🤤. If you’re in Lake Nona and craving Mediterranean, this spot should be at the top of your list. Great vibes, great people, and food that’ll have you planning your next visit before you even leave. Highly recommend! 💯
