My friend and I had an awesome lunch experience at The Blooming Bistro. We were warmly greeted by friendly employees, and the atmosphere was really cool, bright, and relaxed. The service was prompt and spot on, never overwhelming. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. Beyond the excellent dining experience, I deeply appreciate The Blooming Bistro's commitment to supporting our community and young adults. Their dedication to giving these individuals a second chance is truly commendable. I will definitely continue to dine here!

My experience at The Blooming Bistro was truly a place filled with hope. I witnessed young adults graduate the program and be placed into long-term employment. They receive training in various skills and are then connected to incredible jobs. The manager and owner are consistently kind and caring towards the youth. The food is so delish! I tried almost everything and was pleasantly surprised to say that I lovee the salads, especially the Mediterranean salad. Sam, who was instrumental in bringing The Blooming Bistro to life, has my heart. She poured her heart, sweat, and tears into this establishment to improve the lives of young adults and other adults seeking a second chance, offering hope to those who believed they wouldn't get one.

My experience at this restaurant was truly comical behind the scenes, despite the food being average at best. It's a shame because if they had more belief in what they were selling, it might have had a chance. The atmosphere and service were rated low, and the price was high, making the overall experience disappointing.

This is my new favorite lunchtime spot! The food is delicious, the service incredible, & the mission I fully support. It feels wonderful to come in and see love in action while also getting a delicious meal. My favorite are the bowls - the Brian Knudsen & Scotch 80’s are my go to’s. I will keep coming back and sharing with anyone I know. Great job!

Recently visited Las Vegas with a couple of friends and The Blooming Bistro was suggested to us for lunch. A little bit hidden but what a gem! The space is comfortable and cute. There were a few others dining when we walked in. The young staff that greeted and waited on us were great . Friendly, professional, attentive. The FOOD! And PRICES! I dine out quite a bit in the northeast where I live and the prices at The Blooming Bistro, given the fantastic quality and quantity of the food, are extremely affordable. My starter was the roasted tomato basil soup and it was absolutely delicious. I had a "Bountiful Bowl" (I think it was The Scotch Bowl) for my main lunch dish. It was hearty and heaping with various vegetables and served with tasty jasmine rice. I also added the "wild caught salmon" (only $9. 00) to my bowl and my lunch bowl was outstanding, just delicious. When we were finishing up lunch the owner visited our table to check in on us. I think her name was Samantha. She shared with us the essence/mission of The Blooming Bistro, of which we were not aware. We simply wanted to find a GREAT lunch . And we did. She shared with us - with great enthusiasm and passion - that the youth/young adults working at Blooming Bistro are all learning work habits, culinary, social, and other professional and personal skills, as they come from difficult backgrounds or foster care, and are working toward careers in the culinary or hospitality industries thanks to all the training they receive at Blooming Bistro. WOW! As someone that spent the final 31 years of my career working in the non-profit sector, I was inspired and moved by the "greater purpose" of The Blooming Bistro . I’ve enjoyed several delicious lunches at The Bistro and have always left satisfied and inspired. Love the mission and it's been great seeing the employees’ confidence and personalities blossom with each visit. 🌸

I was in town for lunch and a friend recommended this restaurant. After looking up the menu and location, I learned about the restaurant's mission to help at-risk students develop interpersonal communication skills. This mission resonated with me, as I worked with special education students for 28 years. I spoke with the owner, who explained how the students are preparing for careers in the food industry. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive.

My experience at the Blooming Bistro was excellent across the board. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. What makes dining here even more special is the Blooming Bistro's mission to teach at-risk youths valuable life skills. It's truly inspiring to witness Samantha, the founder, impart hospitality skills to her employees with such positivity, patience, and kindness.

My experience at the Blooming Bistro was absolutely wonderful! I love the restaurant. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is fantastic. The owner, Samantha, is particularly wonderful, very nice, and customer-oriented to the max. There's plenty of parking, and it's a free parking lot. We had no wait time during our lunch visit.
