My experience at this restaurant was interesting because it's a cool convenience store/restaurant hybrid. I really liked the Hawaiian Torta. However, the sandwiches were quite large, and there wasn't enough salsa for their sheer size 😭. I also found it to be kind of expensive.

While this may be a convenience store, their tortas are very tasty, especially their Hawaiian one. They are also a very good value, honestly providing two meals in one. The food quality is excellent, and the price offers great value for the generous portions.

My experience at this restaurant was with their tortas. While they were decent, I found that for the same price, you could get a better torta at Tortas Los Picudos on 24th Street. The food quality was average, but the overall value proposition wasn't as strong as other nearby options.

I'm not sure why the name changed from "That's It. " My experience with the torta here was not good. Despite the rave reviews, I might give it another chance.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The Cuban sandwiches were not like they used to be. The bread was not golden brown and was just filled with cream. The sandwich itself was missing chorizo and bacon, and it lacked flavor. It even made me feel unwell. I bought three to take away, and they were very bad.

My experience was that the food is takeout only. I had the Cubano, and it was amazing. All the ingredients were cooked right in front of me. I can highly recommend this to any sandwich lover. Most sandwiches in the US are more typical subway style, but this one definitely breaks away from that, offering a more robust and hearty flavour that doesn't overdo it. I definitely recommend going out of your way for this!

I was working under a deadline and there was an error in my order. The restaurant took immediate action rectifying my issue beyond my expectations. They have a customer for life!

I have never been to the SF location, but I order spirits from them for delivery. My experience has been with their delivery service, and it's been excellent. They offer great prices, excellent service, and super fast shipping. It costs $10 to ship within California.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The tortas are no longer what they used to be. You can see from the photograph of my torta that the bread was not toasted, there was no bacon, and everything was poorly distributed. I ended up eating parts of just bread. 😏
