My first experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I arrived 40 minutes before closing and politely asked if it was too late to be served. The hostess said no, but then refused my cash payment, stating the register was closed. After taking my order, they quickly prepared a pie in 3 minutes, which felt rushed and like I was a bother to the staff. I live nearby and was hoping for some great neighborhood love, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

When we were in San Francisco, we visited this pizza place and oh my god, it was so good! The pizza was incredibly delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you love pizza or live in San Francisco.

Our experience at the restaurant was fantastic! We tried the Beef Pepperoni Pizza, which was incredibly tasty. The Chicken Pizza was packed with flavor. This has quickly become our new go-to spot!

Recently, my family treated me to a birthday dinner at That’s Amore❗️ It was my 4th visit in the past 1 1/2 years, and it’s quickly becoming my favorite for Italian in SF❗️ I was impressed by their variety of very fresh salads, and piping-hot entrees like their vegetarian spinach lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. The wood-fired pizzas, with a gluten-free crust option, were also a hit. The portions are generous for the price, and the servers are friendly every time, no matter how busy they are. Reservations are recommended after 5: 30 pm. Free on-street parking has always been available after 6 pm, especially around the corner from the entrance.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely wonderful. It's my absolute favorite restaurant, a place I truly love. The staff always greets you with such kindness, making every visit feel special. The food is incredible – full of flavor, quality, and care. I have to say, the pizza is the best I’ve tasted since Italy! Every dish feels like it’s made with love. If I could, I’d give this place 100 stars.

My experience at That's Amore was a mixed bag. I arrived at 8 pm on a Wednesday hoping to catch the live music, but unfortunately, the musicians were already packing up. I ordered a caprese pizza ($18), a combo pizza ($21), and creamy pesto spaghetti ($13). The food arrived quickly, within 15 minutes. The caprese pizza had a pleasant, zingy tomato flavor that contrasted well with the mozzarella, though it lacked a strong pesto taste. The combo pizza was acceptable, but I prefer a thicker dough. The creamy pesto spaghetti was quite good. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the timing meant I missed out on the advertised live music.

My experience with the wildfire pizza catering truck from Amore was absolutely incredible! From the initial booking to the event itself, their attention to detail and responsiveness were outstanding. They were not just on time, but early, and the service was incredible. The food was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to book them again for future events, and I'm already planning to work with them for our corporate events. Thank you for making our graduation party so great!

I remember when this place used to be a coffee shop before it transitioned to a pizza spot. I've driven past many times but hadn't had the chance to try it until now, ordering through DoorDash. Their menu is simple, featuring specialty pizzas, build-your-own options, salads, starters, and drinks. Everything is made in a wood-fired oven, which imparts a balanced smokiness to the crust. I appreciate that everything is made to order, and I don't mind the wait. My pizza arrived still hot, as if it just came out of the oven, with all the toppings holding on well. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood, offering much-needed pizza and Italian options. I highly recommend it to all pizza enthusiasts, those looking to try something new, or anyone wanting a laid-back spot for food and drinks. I'll definitely be back to explore their other delicious offerings.

My experience with this restaurant's delivery service was extremely disappointing. I ordered pasta, and the Bolognese was arguably the worst I've ever had. I would genuinely prefer the taste of the cheapest canned pasta sauce and the most generic spaghetti noodles over this dish.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! There’s a reason 400+ folks give it 5 stars. It's one of the last few wood fire pizza kitchens that allow you to customize your pie. The food was excellent, and the service and atmosphere were also top-notch, all receiving a perfect 5-star rating.
