Best Banh Mi, Great Value!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the Banh mi dac biet, which was the best I've ever tasted. The environment was very clean, and the service was good.
Plus, the price was excellent. Overall, a great dining experience.

Good Banh Mi and More
My experience at this banh mi sandwich place was really good. While not the absolute best, it's definitely a solid choice. Beyond their banh mi, they offer a variety of other options including different hot dishes, pre-made desserts, dessert drinks, other food dishes like banh xeo, and snacks.
This visit, I tried their dac biet banh mi (house special, with everything) and steamed custard buns. The sandwich itself was good, with a soft bread that wasn't too hard. I appreciated that they were light on the pate, which I personally love.
I've had their grilled pork before and found it to be good as well. The steamed buns were a pleasant surprise; they were soft with a good, not-too-sweet custard filling, offering great flavor.

Amazing Fried Tofu Selection
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, particularly for their fried tofu with a variety of seasonings. I highly recommend trying the large tofu dish with black ears mushroom. The restaurant offers a large vegetarian selection, making it a great choice for vegetarians.
The service and food were both rated a perfect 5, and the atmosphere also received a 5. Parking was convenient with a free parking lot and plenty of parking. The wait time was non-existent, and the price per person is very affordable, ranging from $1–$10.
The noise level was moderate.

Tofu Good, Bahn Mi Price Shocking
I liked the tofu here. However, the menu stated the bahn mi was $6. 50, but they charged $14 and refused to change the price.
A $14 Bahn mi is unreasonable for a to-go spot like this.

Great Bahn Mi and Value
I really enjoyed my experience here, especially the Bahn Mi Sandwiches. They offer a good price for the size you get, which is fantastic value. Beyond the sandwiches, they also have a nice selection of other hot food items.
The fenced-in parking lot was a great feature, as it helped to keep sketchy people out.

Delicious Food, Unpleasant Staff
I often visit this restaurant because I live nearby. Upon reading other customers' reviews, I realized many share my sentiments, prompting me to write my own. The staff consists of three members: two Vietnamese individuals and a girl who appears to be of Mexican descent working in the banh mi area.
While the younger Vietnamese staff member has a neutral attitude and is fine, the older woman is quite unpleasant. Despite the food being quite delicious, the staff's poor attitude makes the experience feel rushed, as if they just want you to buy and leave quickly. The food is tasty, but the prices for banh cuon and banh uot are considered quite high.

Hidden Gem with Pricing Issues
This place is a hidden gem in Seattle's Little Saigon neighborhood, offering a large selection of tofu products and other Vietnamese food. My favorite is their fresh tofu pudding, which comes with ginger syrup on the side, allowing you to control the sweetness. Despite the presence of drug and unhoused activity outside, the inside of the store is clean and modern.
However, the employees often play games to try to squeeze more money out of customers, which is infuriating. For instance, when I asked for a small container of eggplant, the employee grabbed the largest one and filled it before I could object, adding extra to increase the per-pound price. Prices seem to be made up on the fly, with items often combined or listed as 'other' on receipts to obscure costs.
There are also frequent upsells that are excessively priced. I recall being charged nearly $20 for two blocks of fresh tofu. For consistent pricing and labeling, Hau Hau Market next door is a better option.
If you choose to buy direct, watch the prices for fairness and speak up if overcharged. I truly wish the family running the store would label their foods and charge consistent prices so I could give them a 5-star review.

Best Banh Mi Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was incredible! I had the best banh mi I have ever tasted. My friend even flew all the way to Sacramento with it, and I ate it all.
I wish I could have 10 more. Everything, from the pickled veggies, meat, and bread, was absolutely incredible.

Disappointing Quality of Tofu Pudding and Soy Milk
I used to buy your tofu pudding and soy milk all the time growing up. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in quality. I consistently receive products that are spoiled and sour, and they smell as if they were not shipped well.
I hope this issue will be fixed in the future. You supply these to basically all Asian grocery stores, and I hope this problem will be resolved.

Best Bank Mi with a Warning
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially regarding the food. The bank mi was the best I've had in the region, and the traditional flavors were excellent. The price was also a hit.
They do offer ‘veggie’ options, but I would advise caution as there can be some intermingling of utensils. Overall, the food quality and value were great, but vegetarian diners should be mindful of cross-contamination.
