My experience at this restaurant was largely positive. The food was great, and the service was generally good. A significant plus was the low wait time for the food.

As a newcomer to the area, I was unsure where to eat. After getting my car's oil changed, I walked a block and spotted several food options. I'm so glad we chose Teriyaki Madness! We both ordered the teriyaki chicken fried rice bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The bowl had just the right amount of broccoli and veggies, and the chicken had a great taste with perfect grill marks. The teriyaki sauce was also delicious! The store was clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

My experience at this restaurant was a significant improvement from my previous visit. I hadn't been happy a long time ago, but I decided to give it another shot. The restaurant now has new employees, and the service provided by Sulema was outstanding. I would rate the service 10 stars!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the service was really nice, there was a very bad smell outside and inside the establishment. Unfortunately, after eating our bowls here, both my companion and I experienced bad stomachaches.

I’ve visited this Teriyaki Madness restaurant several times, and every single time I’ve interacted with Eduardo or Alejandra, they’ve been incredibly sweet and professional. They greet people warmly, explain menu items when needed, and always handle orders with care. Even when the restaurant gets busy, they never lose their polite attitude. They pack orders carefully, check that everything is included, and make sure customers leave satisfied. It’s that extra bit of effort that sets them apart. If every cashier had their level of kindness and attention, eating out would be a lot more enjoyable. I will keep coming back to this Teriyaki Madness. Those 2 make a great team together.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The establishment was very clean, and the customer service was on point. This was my first time eating here, and I will definitely be returning due to the fast and efficiency of my order.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had to wait an hour for my food, even though there was no one in the lobby and my phone order was not prioritized. When I inquired about the delay, the staff was rude and there was a clear lack of communication between employees and management. I asked to speak to a manager, but no manager was available. They also couldn't provide a corporate number or a manager's name, making it impossible to provide feedback effectively. The employee Alejandra was unhelpful, and Suleima Marisol, the supposed manager, answered an employee's iPhone instead of being present and managing the store. This reflects a severe lack of customer service and management oversight.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the food quality. The veggies were soggy, and the meat portions were very small, with only about 6-8 pieces that looked like popcorn chicken. The food itself appeared old.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a big company order, and the Uber driver took quite a while to deliver — and even forgot five of our items at the store. Thankfully, the staff and store manager here went above and beyond to help us out and made sure we got everything we ordered. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Our office is super grateful for their help, and we’ll definitely keep ordering from this location (2530 S. Decatur Blvd, Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89102)!

I would really recommend going here. The cashier was really nice and helpful; I think his name was Eduardo. He’s really sweet, and I hope he stays there for a long time. I will be coming back more often to buy food here.
