Seattle's Teriyaki scene is competitive, and I'm always looking for a new spot. I tried TERIKing, which stands out for offering a selection of different Asian styles beyond just teriyaki. I ordered takeout: the Vegetable Yaki Udon (which also comes as Soba). It was served with a side of rice. While the portion size is large, I found it a bit pricey for what it was. The vegetables were fresh, but the overall flavor was bland—I needed to add chili sauce to give it a kick. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. I might return to sample their namesake teriyaki dishes, but based on this, it was mediocre and didn't particularly stand out.

As a newcomer to Seattle, I've tried about 10 different teriyaki places, and Teriking has to be the best. They have great food, and the combos come with a large variety of delicious things.
