Drinks are good, but no vibe
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the drinks were good, there was a distinct lack of vibe. The only seating area was closed off for storage, and ordering was done via a screen.
I wish they had put more effort into creating a better customer experience.

Horrible Service and Watered-Down Drinks
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. The customer service was terrible, with a staff member described as a 'middle part man' being rude and racist. He made side comments about my black friend.
The drinks were also terrible, with 75% of them being water, making it impossible to taste any milk or matcha. I do not recommend coming here.

Delicious Taro Matcha and Boba
My experience was centered around the Taro Matcha, which I rated a perfect 10/10. The boba itself was also noteworthy, possessing a wonderfully satisfying texture and delicious flavor, tasting freshly made.

Sweet Taro, Price Discrepancy
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The Taro was a bit sweet, but still yummy. I noticed that the prices on the kiosk did not match the prices on the wall.
I believe the cost for this was around 7. 25.

Delicious Matcha Latte with Custom Sweetness
My experience at the restaurant was centered around a basic matcha latte, which I found to be absolutely delicious. I particularly appreciated the ability to customize the level of sweetness, allowing for a personalized taste. The food received a high rating of 5, while service was rated 4, and atmosphere a 1.

Mixed Feelings on Tea and Seating
My experience at this restaurant was a bit of a mixed bag. Upon arrival, I noticed there was no seating available and the restrooms were closed to customers, which was unexpected. I ordered using an iPad, and I appreciated the photos and detailed descriptions of the tea options.
I tried the Lil’ Giraffe, while my friend had the Oreo Matcha. The drinks were pretty good, but I was surprised that traditional boba was an additional charge. My friend's drink was better; I didn't taste much cake batter in mine, possibly due to ordering it at 75% sweetness instead of 100%.
I wouldn't recommend the Lil’ Giraffe, but I'm sure other options are better.

Oolong Milk Tea Too Sweet, Pricey
My experience involved ordering an oolong milk tea. The recommended sweetness level was 75%, but I found it to be excessively sweet, possibly equivalent to 100% sweetness in other boba tea establishments outside of San Francisco. The drink's flavor was predominantly sugary.
Additionally, the price of $6. 80 for a 24 oz drink was very expensive.

Delicious Tea, But Seating Lacking
My experience was centered around the delicious, fresh tea that was quickly prepared. The drinks tend to be quite sweet, so I recommend asking for 50% sweetness if you prefer more of the tea and fruit flavor. Unfortunately, it's a shame that all the seating was removed, including the outdoor area.

Great Boba, Lots of Options!
My experience at this restaurant was great! I enjoyed the boba, which was a lot cheaper than the place down the street. They also have tons of options to choose from.

Good Thai Iced Tea, Okay Frappe
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The Thai iced tea was good, with strong tea flavors. However, the Mango frappe is not recommended as it had too many chunks of ice and was not blended well.
On a positive note, the boba was of good quality, and the service was fast and friendly. I hope they extend their short hours in the future.
