OH. MY. GOODNESS. The reviews about the quesabirrias are absolutely 1000% correct. They were absolutely life-changing and the perfect dish for when you are under the weather and need savory, spicy broth + lean, tender, seasoned beef. I wish I’d taken a photo of my plate but literally inhaled two of the three quesabirrias on my plate and needed to share the third one so my son could taste for himself why I was having an out-of-body culinary experience. For context: I live and work part time in Mexico, and have *never* had quesabirrias like these! ¡Mil gracias al equipo Taqueria La Sabrosita! My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food is truly delicious, tasting just like homemade. I highly recommend trying the sopes and the sauces, which were also delicious. The churros were served fresh and piping hot. It's a place where you should do yourself a favor and enjoy some fresh food that tastes homemade.

My experience at this restaurant was excellent. The location is great, and the food is of good quality with delicious flavor. The staff who served us were very friendly and provided quick service. We enjoyed the quesabirria and tacos de tripa, which were very tasty.

Everything was excellent! The attention was very good. We asked the waiter to recommend different tacos since we didn't know what to order, and everything was very, very delicious! The beans with rice that came with the taco plate surprised us; they had a lot of flavor. The service was fast.

I used to come to this place for the shrimp tacos. I believe they changed the quality of the shrimp, and now they are nothing like the delicious ones they used to be.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The folks were friendly and they got our food prepared quickly. However, the food itself was soso, but not bad. The price was a bit pricey, but I suppose that's to be expected in Seattle. Unfortunately, by the end of the night, both my fiancé and I were in quite a bit of discomfort and were ill well into the early morning hours. While it's possible it was just bad luck, I felt it was important to share this experience.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. I tried Mike's special and it was incredible. I'm so impressed that I'm certifiably addicted to this wonderful experience and will likely be a regular here. The food was rated a perfect 5, the service was a perfect 5, and the atmosphere was also a perfect 5. It's a highly recommended spot for vegetarians, with a dedicated vegetarian menu or section. The price per person is very affordable, ranging from $1–$10, and the noise level is very quiet, making it ideal for a peaceful dinner.

As someone who has lived in Southern California my entire life, I'm very particular about Mexican food. After six years here, I'm happy to say I've finally found a spot that truly hits the spot for Mexican food. The ingredients are consistently fresh, and the portions are generous. The highlight for me is their lengua; it's not dry and bland, but instead, it's incredibly tender and flavorful. Yum!

My experience at this restaurant is consistently awesome. The great attitude of the staff and the great food make it a highlight of my week. I come here every Thursday and genuinely look forward to it all week. The Quesabirria is particularly outstanding and truly unmatched.
