Great food, service, and value!
My experience at this restaurant has been a staple after a hard day's work. They consistently provide great service and even better food. It's also very easy on the wallet, making it a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank.

Delicious Birria Tacos at Pike Place
I asked someone selling agua frescas in Pike Place for a recommendation, and I was not disappointed. The birria tacos were delicious. There is a covered area with tables to sit at, and the noise from the road is not too loud from there.

Great Little Joint with Delicious Food
My experience at this great little joint was fantastic! It used to be a battery shop and before that, a break repair shop, but now it's a place with a great selection of food that was also delicious.

Delicious Tacos and Lovely Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the tacos de carnitas, which had wonderfully crispy edges, and the salsas were delicious and well-balanced. The tacos de lengua were incredibly juicy and tender.
The service was lovely, and the atmosphere was great, both rated 5/5. Overall, a highly recommended dining experience.

New Neighborhood Favorite Taqueria!
My new neighborhood favorite taqueria! Their birria is amazing and it's super easy to get in and out of this place. They have a nice covered seating area also, just in case you want to sit and eat it fresh!

Best Birria in Seattle!
My experience at this restaurant was excellent. The food was piping hot and well seasoned. Honestly, it was the best birria I've had in Seattle.
The recommended dish was Quesabirria.

Excellent Birria and Service!
I hadn't visited this restaurant before, as my favorite taco place is across the street and opens later. However, I was craving something quick and decided to give them a try. I only ordered one birria taco to test them out.
The taco itself was good, but what truly impressed me was the beautiful presentation, complete with all the fixings, even for a single taco. This attention to detail is a big win for me. Two days later, when my friend wanted a birria pizza for her birthday, I knew exactly where to get one.
My friend absolutely loved it, and we shared it among three very hungry people. I wanted to leave this review to highlight that this level of service, even for the smallest order, explains why they have multiple locations. The service was awesome, and the food was great (at least the birria; I haven't tried anything else, but I'm sure it's fine if they put as much care into it!).
You can't get better than that. Gracias, Cinco De Mayo!

Delicious Birria, Consommé Lacking
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, particularly with the food. The birria tacos were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and incredibly tender. I also found the queso birria pizza to be a pretty good value.
However, the major drawback for the birria experience was the consommé, which was watery and not as flavorful as I've had elsewhere. Despite this, the food received a 4/5, service a 5/5, and atmosphere a 5/5.

Authentic Mexican, Not For Me
I purchased a chicken burrito for around $13. While it was too authentic for my taste, likely due to being accustomed to Americanized Mexican food, it wasn't for me. After a couple of bites, I'm unsure if I can finish it.
If you're seeking genuine, authentic Mexican cuisine, this place might be ideal for you. The seating area is quite basic, and the surrounding neighborhood isn't the most appealing. I observed several individuals smoking weed while ordering or in the process of placing their orders.
