My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food, specifically the burrito, was rolled all sloppy, indicating no love was put into its preparation. Additionally, the service was subpar, as the lady attending to me was rude.

This is one of my favorite places to get a smoothie or something good to eat. The food is great, and the service is excellent. I also appreciate the atmosphere and the free parking lot with plenty of spaces.

I attempted to unravel it to get to the meat and eggs inside, but they were nasty, as if the cooks didn't even try. People might go, but I certainly won't be back. My experience at this taco shop was truly amazing! I found it to be one of the best in City Heights. The smoothies were impressively huge and made with fresh ingredients, just like the food. I honestly visit so often that they already know my order. The people are great, and their food is great!

I ordered three shrimp chicken and I didn't see no shrimps but two and no chicken at all. They scammed me for my money and I didn't receive what I ordered. I tried to call them and their phone is off. It was bad bad customer service for the scam me for my money and my order was $38.

While the burritos were just okay, the fruit in the chamangos was consistently unripe, with the mangos being rock hard and sour. The ice cream also seemed to be of low quality and had artificial flavors. The service and atmosphere received low ratings as well. This place might suffice if you happen to be in the vicinity, but I wouldn't make a special trip here unless I lived nearby.

However, my visit tonight was a complete disappointment. After purchasing snacks for my children and girlfriend before a date night, I went next door solely to get a spoon for my ice cream. I was made to wait and endure a lengthy conversation between the cashier and another customer. When the conversation finally paused, I still had to acknowledge the cashier before making my request. She immediately asked what I wanted, implying I had to buy something. I explained I just needed a spoon and was considering buying more ice cream. She abruptly and boldly stated that they don't give out spoons, and it would cost $. 25. While I understand things aren't free, being charged for a spoon, especially with such an attitude, was a first. It's particularly galling considering I could have bought a whole pack of spoons for a dollar next door, or even gotten one for free from the 7-Eleven. This experience made me feel like discrimination is still prevalent and genuine, kind-hearted people are hard to find. The situation also disrupted my plans, leaving me to figure out where to eat, as I didn't want hot food from 7-Eleven and hadn't planned on cooking. Be warned, if you visit here, you might encounter an attitude. I can't even comment on the food's taste because I was too irritated and bothered to remember. I definitely won't be spending any money here again.
