Great Service Made a Difference
My experience at this KFC was significantly improved by the excellent service provided by Tess. She was very sweet and patient while we took our time to order. Although there was a wait, Tess made up for it, even though it wasn't a problem.
She definitely made this not great KFC better. Thanks, Tess :)

Extremely Rude Service, Ruined Meal
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately dominated by the extremely rude behavior of the staff. I ordered a box meal, but the girl at the counter was very impolite to both my friend and me. This rudeness made it very hard to enjoy my meal.
When I asked for the food to stay, they placed each item down individually, requiring multiple trips to the table. To add to the frustration, they charged extra for a tray or bag, which felt demeaning, like being treated like a beggar. Despite paying and being kind, my friend's expression of frustration was met with a suggestion to 'take it up with corporate.
' I will be emailing them with the details of my visit. As someone who also works in food service, I've never witnessed such inappropriate and rude behavior towards customers. I do not recommend this place until they improve their staff's education and conduct.

Wrong Order, Vegetarian Nightmare
I gave this restaurant 2 stars because the staff was friendly and quick. However, my experience was significantly marred by a major order error. I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and received 2 chicken quesadillas.
As a vegetarian, I cannot eat chicken, making the entire order a complete waste. We also ordered 2 burritos and 2 cheese quesadillas, and upon realizing they contained chicken, we had to spit them out. Since we were just passing through town and picking up food on the way, there was no way we could drive back to correct the order.

Excellent Service and Food at KFC
My experience at this KFC was excellent, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Yvette or Yvonne, the shift leader with pink hair. She was consistently patient, kind, considerate, and helpful to customers. The staff also worked hard to produce good food.
I would recommend visiting this location if you are in the area.

Good Food, Poor Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was excellent, receiving a perfect score of 5, the service was quite disappointing. I asked for a receipt because the machine was slow, and the worker responded with a disrespectful tone.
Despite having a good-sized order for takeout, the interaction left a negative impression.

Happy to have it here!
I'm giving this Taco Bell/KFC 5 stars primarily because I'm just happy it's here in the neighborhood. The great staff was a bonus. It's a small space, so don't plan on hanging out; maybe take your goods to the park across the street to enjoy.

Good Food, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was great, comparable to average KFC meals. However, the service was not good.
I frequently visit this establishment, and the manager who often takes orders while seated is consistently rude. She exhibits poor behavior such as throwing cups, pointing at customers, yelling at a kind elderly employee, making sotto voce remarks, and displaying impatience. While she is performing her duties, she is not doing them well.
As a student at Lincoln, I understand that some younger patrons can be disruptive, but this should not negatively impact the service provided to all customers.

Manager Makes for Uncomfortable Experience
I've been going to this restaurant since my days at ALHS in the early 2000s. However, over the last 3-4 years, it continues to blow my mind that the "manager" is still employed here. If she's not talking down to customers, she's barking at other employees condescendingly.
It's Taco Bell, and you get what you're buying into, but even being in that building while she's working is incredibly uncomfortable. I've only visited about four times in the last three years and have otherwise avoided the place due to her, as it's always the same experience: awkward. Only go if you know exactly what you want with no modifiers, otherwise you'll get your head bitten off, pronto.

Terrible Customer Service at KFC
My experience at this KFC was marked by bad customer service. The staff, particularly the old woman at the front desk, were too rude and clearly don't know how to treat clients. They need proper training.
Shame on KFC 😡.
