My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the staff. They rushed me and were extremely rude and non-considerate. I will walk miles before I return to this place.

I had a deliciously amazing lunch at Sweetgreen, my favorite place, while downtown with Pergoinious Haggstaller. It was a 5-star experience, with both food and service receiving top marks.

My experience at this Sweetgreen was less than ideal. I found it to be one of the less friendly locations I've visited across America. I felt rushed while making my food order, and the portions of the extras I paid for were exceptionally small.

I picked up a salad and ordered the chicken parm, but there was no chicken in it. When I called, I couldn't speak to a person, which I found ridiculous.

I visited this restaurant 40 minutes before closing and was disappointed to find that they were already out of half of the menu. When I inquired about blackened chicken, the staff responded rudely, asking, “Can’t you see? ” It was a totally unprofessional and disappointing experience.

While Sweetgreen often gets a bad rap for its prices, which is fair, the food itself is pretty solid. I tried a hot honey chicken bowl with sweet potato, blackened chicken, quinoa, and some veggies. They were generous with the chicken, and it was tender and well-seasoned. The sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the rest of the bowl was solid. The sauces were good too; it was yummy. Now, whether it was worth $18 is debatable, lol. (I had a coupon that made it $10, which is 100% worth it). It's high-quality food in downtown SF, so it is what it is, but it's good. The service, however, is kinda spotty.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently excellent. I visit at least three times a week for lunch, and I always use the mobile ordering option. Every time, my order is completed a bit earlier than expected and is perfect. The staff, particularly Judith, are incredibly kind, efficient, and friendly. I have never had a bad meal or experience here.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food received a perfect score of 5, the service was a significant letdown. The cashier was described as terrible, and the reviewer noted that another location was much nicer. When attempting to use DoorDash points, the cashier did not apply the discount and falsely claimed the points were redeemed, despite the reviewer checking in front of her. This led to an annoying service experience.

I had an amazing experience at Sweetgreen today, all thanks to Kiki! She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the whole interaction. Kiki helped me create a custom warm bowl that was absolutely delicious — exactly what I was craving!

I always have a great experience at this Sweetgreen location! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, but what really makes the visit special is the team—especially Julio. He usually works as the cashier and is incredibly nice and friendly every single time. He always greets us with a smile and somehow remembers our usual order, which makes us feel really welcomed and appreciated. It’s that kind of personal touch that keeps us coming back. Big thanks to Julio and the whole team for making every visit such a positive one!
