I hired this business to cater an event at a picnic, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The food was supposed to be served at 1 pm, but it wasn't ready until 3 pm, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, when we inquired about the delay, we were met with attitude. The food itself was also salty. A significant issue arose when they sold food that was supposed to be part of our order to other people, meaning we didn't even receive all the food we paid for – they essentially double-dipped. When we requested a partial refund for the missing food, they offered free meals at their restaurant, which was impractical as many of our group members are out of state. This company provided a poor quality product, was late with that product, sold our food to others, and then had the audacity to be rude. As a side note, they also participated in an event requiring a vendor fee and failed to pay it. I strongly advise against doing business with them; they are greedy and unprofessional.

After ordering food we had already purchased, we faced further delays as the food was cold, and burgers and hotdogs hadn't even been cooked. Upon finally receiving our 'to-go' orders, the food quality was poor, unlike anything we're accustomed to. Many attendees didn't eat due to the extended wait or because the food had already been sold to other patrons from the pans we paid for – meaning the company was paid twice for the same food. This company was completely unprofessional and will never be hired again. When we requested a refund, the owner's solutions were to offer more bad food to local classmates or to promise a better job next time, which is unacceptable. These offers did not rectify the situation or satisfy our out-of-town guests. It's clear catering is not their expertise; they should stick to short-order cooking. Their attitudes were horrible, and their overall conduct screamed unprofessionalism. We Do Not Recommend!

My organization hired this restaurant to cater an event at a park, with the agreement to cook and serve food. However, when they were supposed to be finished, they hadn't even started grilling. When they finally announced they were ready, no food was set out; instead, they were taking individual orders. To make matters worse, they sold plates from the food that was meant for my group to others at the park. It was a complete disaster and utterly unprofessional. The food itself was also subpar. The greens lacked seasoning, the green beans were excessively salty, the ribs were dry, and the hotdogs and hamburgers were average at best. When members of my organization sought compensation for the terrible catering service, we were only offered a free meal at the restaurant for those who paid for the event, which is completely unacceptable. This reflects poorly on any business, and we will not be using them for future events. I suggest others avoid them for their catering needs as well.

My experience was extremely disappointing due to unprofessional service. We hired this business to cater our class reunion, with written terms and conditions agreed upon. Unfortunately, none of what was agreed to happened. We paid for a food spread to be cooked and served buffet style, but this was not delivered. Instead, they used our event as a business opportunity to make more money. They arrived hours late and then made those of us who paid wait in line with random customers to order and receive our food. To make matters worse, they proceeded to sell the food we had already paid for to other customers. It's important to note that vendors at this event were required to pay a fee, and they were supposed to be caterers, not vendors. By the time many of us received our food, it was cold and the quality was only okay.

Our Highschool Class Reunion decided to use this catering company for an annual picnic. The organization and service were terrible. Despite having ample time to set up, prepare, and cook, hours passed and nothing was ready. It was evident that the food the caterer promised was not what was agreed upon, and they sold our food to other guests at the picnic who were not affiliated with our class. When food was finally received, I got the wrong food order. The food was too salty and cold. When I attempted to rectify my order, no one would speak to me. There was no compensation for all the problems and inconvenience this caused our group. I can confidently say I would not use or frequent this company/establishment ever again.

My experience was nice! The service was fast and friendly. I would have liked to go back, but unfortunately, they are no longer there.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I had to season my food after receiving it because the roast was not falling apart as expected, and the carrots were still a little hard. I was hoping for some good black mama's kitchen food, but it was not at all what I was expecting for soul food. The photo shows the food after I seasoned it. The service was very polite, though.

My experience at SWEET TEE'S KITCHEN was absolutely delectable. I'm totally hooked on this establishment! The employees are extremely polite. 👍👍👍👍👍 I ordered the Rib dinner, which included 4 bones with baked beans and coleslaw, and the Beef Liver with gravy rice and green beans. I was so impressed that I ended up ordering another dinner through Uber Eats. This particular establishment is Flawless! Thank you for your deliciousness.

I called for a pork chop dinner and was quoted $20, which seemed a bit high, but I was willing to pay if it was good. When I asked for mac n cheese and greens, I was told mac n cheese wasn't a side and would cost an additional $7. This pricing felt ridiculous, but I couldn't argue with their prices. Consequently, I decided to leave a review instead. A total of $27 for one pork chop dinner is crazy, so I passed on the meal. I'm curious if anyone has tried it and found it worth the price. Also, I'd like to know when mac n cheese stopped being considered a side dish.

This was my second time ordering from here. The first time, I ordered the pork chop dinner but received a rib dinner instead. When I got home, I didn't want to go back, and the rib dinner was cold, though the flavor was good. Today, I noticed a discrepancy in pricing: the price on the door was $18, but when I called it in, it was $25. I was expecting crispy pork chops, but they were wet and soggy, as if the grease wasn't hot enough. The pork chops looked wet, and while the flavor was good, they were just wet and soggy – like a smothered pork chop without gravy. I was disappointed when I opened the container in the car. Perhaps I shouldn't be eating pork anyway. Next time, I'll let them know to make them crispy, not wet. I don't know if they were dipped in water; they were good, just wet, giving my mouth mixed signals. Once again, the food was good. I didn't use DoorDash; I called it in. I walked in and waited 15 minutes before I got there, and my order still wasn't ready. When it was finally given to me, I rushed to the parking lot and took a bite – it was completely soggy. You might be in denial, but next time, just make sure it's crispy. Your grease wasn't hot enough or something, but it was seasoned to perfection, I wouldn't lie to you. You really don't pay attention; you have long conversations with customers, messing up orders. Other than that, your food is good, and I will come again.
