Exceptional Omakase Experience at Sushi Hon
My first omakase experience at Sushi Hon was truly blown away. The Shiromi Sunomono was incredibly refreshing, and the smoky albacore with truffle was a killer combination. The ocean trout tasted and looked exceptionally fresh, and the Toro literally melted in my mouth. Every course was on point. The service enhanced the entire experience; Hannah was amazing, welcoming, and explained each dish in a fun way, making the night feel easy and enjoyable. The team was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The vibe is relaxed yet special, and the food is top-notch. Each piece of sushi was fresh and balanced, with even the rice standing out. It's clear that a lot of care goes into everything they do.

An Unforgettable Anniversary Omakase
My boyfriend and I celebrated our 2-year anniversary with the 19-course omakase experience at Sushi Hon. From beginning to end, the experience exceeded my expectations and set the bar high for any food establishment going forward. The restaurant is dimly lit and intimate, but colorful with bottles of sake as decor. We were seated at the sushi bar in front of Chef Yong, where we enjoyed watching the chefs cook. The quality of the fish and ingredients they use is unmatched. Each course is balanced and done so thoughtfully. Chef Yong brought us on an exciting journey through the food that he served. He orchestrated a perfect experience, elevating and manipulating elements of fish that caught me by surprise. You could taste how much care and passion Chef puts into his pieces. To top it off, the customer service is excellent. When presenting the food, Hanna invited us on a story and demonstrated her expertise in each plate. When I left to wash my hands, I came back to my napkin being folded! Hanna was warm, and she paid attention to the details, even the little things. Thank you Sushi Hon for the experience on our anniversary day. It was truly special, and I can’t wait to celebrate with you again.
