My experience at the restaurant was very good. The service was excellent, particularly from the cashier, Marcela. Her manager, David, also provided great service. The food was very good, contributing to an overall good experience.

My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately negative due to the food. I got sick from the chicken burger. Because of this, I won’t try it again and definitely don’t recommend it.

My experience at this restaurant was the absolute worst. The staff initially seemed cool and professional, but when my order took longer than usual, they informed me a huge order had priority. I requested a refund as I couldn't wait, and the situation devolved into chaos. They threatened to call the police when I started recording for my reviews. These people need retraining, and management was involved in this foolishness. I am deeply offended and saddened by this treatment. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 😩😥🙏🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👀

My experience at this hip burger joint in the middle of the SF business district was great. They serve fresh, warm, made-to-order burgers. The service is fast, making it suitable for a quick lunch, whether you choose to sit in or grab and go. I also enjoyed the nice outside patio.

Definitely add a fried egg! If you don't add cheese, you'll get a hamburger without cheese. The sauce was a bit scarce, making it a little difficult to swallow, but it was fine with a drink. It was quite tasty.

I really enjoyed my experience here, especially sitting at the outdoor seating and feeling the gentle breeze. For most women, a mini burger is the perfect size. The burger's taste was a bit salty, but the fries were not salty and were delicious. I also appreciated the convenience of the kiosk for ordering.

Had a delicious meal on our last evening in the USA. You can choose to order yourself or have someone do it for you. You'll then receive a pager that goes off when your food is ready, so you don't have to wait at the counter. The food itself was also very tasty! We also ordered 3 extra sauces which are definitely recommended. You can also order a nice beer here, on tap. Although we sat outside, the inside looked very nice.

My experience at Super Duper was fantastic! I had an amazing burger with juicy and flavorful patties, even when well done. The garlic fries were perfect, with just the right amount of garlic. I also enjoyed the unique, homemade lemonade. Although I'm from Southern California and love In-n-Out, Super Duper would be my go-to spot if it were available here. I also appreciate that they offer affordable and reasonably priced food in this economy.

I understand this is a burger place, and the flavor of the burgers was delicious. However, the grease was so bad that it spilled out of the paper basket they put them in for takeout, making a mess everywhere. Besides the grease issue, it was okay. The price isn't bad for the area.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. They ran out of meat 50 minutes before closing, which is unacceptable. The chicken sandwich was terrible, and to top it off, the meal was expensive. The atmosphere was also very poor, rated at a 1.
