Super Duper Burgers - Reviews

My experience at the restaurant was super duper good! The service was impressively fast, and the food quality truly matched the name. Everything tasted fresh and well-made. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a great spot if you want a quick meal that doesn’t feel rushed.

I initially expected the fried chicken to be greasy and the slaw to be a creamy mess, as is often the case elsewhere. However, my experience was quite the opposite! The fried chicken was not overly greasy, and the slaw was wonderfully fresh, featuring delightful additions of celery and apple. To top it off, they offer house-made pickles for free with your purchase. I have no complaints about my visit.

TLDR: Team needs customer service training, management needs a shape up, better bet is to head to the California St. location. Love Super Duper Burger, but having a hard time with this location. I’ve been to the Irving location many times, and the service has a lot to be desired. It seems like a great work environment for management and staff, but each time I’m there I notice customers being ignored- myself included- while the team is talking amongst themselves. I picked up a couple milkshakes today and watched them sit behind the glass window for minutes upon minutes while staff and management were chatting until someone noticed and called the order name. Also not the first time this has happened, overall my order always seems to be wrong or forgotten. I think this is something for higher management to look into because this is the only location that seems to have these issues with customer service. Best bet is to head to another location, or try one of the other small businesses near Irving. Holding out hope for changes to this Super Duper!

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I enjoyed the GOOD eats and appreciated the "no attitude" service. The dining space was spacious, clean, and well lit, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. I was most grateful for the sound levels for humans, which were not inhuman!

My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a burger, shake, and garlic fries, but I received plain fries instead. The burger was also not prepared as I had requested. To make matters worse, both the milkshake and the burger caused me severe diarrhea and stomach pain. How the mighty have fallen 😒

My experience at this restaurant was unbelievable. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service was amazing. They even offered free handmade pickles which were sooooo good! Overall, this was probably one of the best burger experiences I’ve ever had. The price is too low for the quality of the food!

It's a great spot for lunch, suitable for all group sizes, though finding parking can be difficult.
