Subway - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing due to their refusal to accept Subway coupons and app promotions. This has led to my company missing out on dozens of purchases. They've never accepted them, and during COVID, they displayed a sign claiming it was due to the pandemic to justify their policy. As a resident who eats out almost daily, this establishment has missed out on significant business and will continue to do so until they start accepting coupons and rewards. It's their loss; I'd rather drive to another Subway than give them my business.

My experience at the restaurant was exactly what I expected and wanted. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding, with a very nice employee. The atmosphere was very quiet, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this place, especially for vegetarians, as they have a large vegetarian selection.

My experience was quite frustrating. I was very hungry and needed to use the restroom, but the sign on the bathroom door indicated it was out of service. Because of this, I did not receive any service. I wish there was a sign outside to let me know the bathroom was fixed, so I could have gladly eaten there.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing because they do not accept ANY coupons, whether mail-in or digital. They exclusively offer the sub of the day deal and also refuse to honor any of the promos. This significantly limited my options and the value I could get from my visit.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food was excellent, scoring a 5 out of 5, the service was unfortunately poor. The Indian woman working there provided bad service and seemed to be giving food as if it were coming out of her own paycheck. I wouldn't return to this location, though other locations are way better and I've never had a problem before.

My experience at Subway was frustrating because they continue to mail coupons, but a majority of their stores do not honor them. This makes me want to avoid Subway altogether.

I visited this restaurant solely because I received a coupon in the mail. Upon entering, I was immediately informed that they do not accept coupons. While I understand this is their prerogative, it was quite disappointing. I live in the attached apartment complex and had hoped to make this a regular lunch spot. However, paying $15 for a mediocre sandwich is too much, especially when the cafe next door offers better sandwiches for the same price.

This Subway has become my Goated subway now that my old one closed. While they don’t honor coupons, it’s a common issue with Subways in this area, so it’s not a major concern. The dude at the counter was very nice and the service was very speedy👍.

My experience at this Subway was exactly what you'd expect from a Subway. You can't go wrong, but you also can't go that right. I ordered ahead, and the food was ready on time, which means they're meeting the bar. However, it's a Subway, so the bar is pretty straightforward. The food was as expected, and the service was efficient, but there's nothing particularly outstanding about the experience.

My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly good, serving as a nice alternative to the Jewel Box cafe next door. My friends and I needed a place to gather before a matinee, and we got a nice sandwich and coffee. Nothing too fancy. The guy at the counter was very friendly and seemed genuinely glad to have our business so early.
