Frustrated by Coupon Policy
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing due to their refusal to accept Subway coupons and app promotions. This has led to my company missing out on dozens of purchases. They've never accepted them, and during COVID, they displayed a sign claiming it was due to the pandemic to justify their policy. As a resident who eats out almost daily, this establishment has missed out on significant business and will continue to do so until they start accepting coupons and rewards. It's their loss; I'd rather drive to another Subway than give them my business.

Excellent Experience with Great Service

Bathroom Out of Service, No Service
My experience was quite frustrating. I was very hungry and needed to use the restroom, but the sign on the bathroom door indicated it was out of service. Because of this, I did not receive any service. I wish there was a sign outside to let me know the bathroom was fixed, so I could have gladly eaten there.

Bad Service, Good Food

The Indian woman working there provided bad service and seemed to be giving food as if it were coming out of her own paycheck.
