Best Subway Experience with Amazing Service!
My experience at this Subway was by far the best I've ever had. Manon provided fantastic service – polite, friendly, and an exceptional sandwich maker. Thanks to the excellent service, sir, you are the reason I keep returning!

Worst Customer Service Ever
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the terrible customer service. I entered the establishment and stood there, completely ignored, while the sole employee was busy preparing food. Despite being the only customer, I received no greeting or acknowledgment. The employee then went to the back, returned, and continued with their task without ever addressing me or asking how they could help. This was truly the worst customer service ever.

Disappointing Sandwich Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a major disappointment. I spent $18 for a sandwich that was far from fresh. The lettuce was old and wilted, the cucumbers were mushy, and the avocado spread, which was supposed to be whole avocado, was brown and tasted old. It was a significant letdown. I would advise against visiting this particular location.

Credit Card Machine Issues Persist
I’ve tried eating here on three separate occasions, and it’s always the same. A specific employee, a thin guy covered in tattoos, consistently informs me that the credit card machine is down. This is never an issue with other employees. I highly doubt the machine malfunctions this frequently; it seems more like this particular employee doesn’t want to work. It’s his loss, as I always tip 20%.

Deceitful Coupon Practices
My experience was disappointing because the restaurant did not accept the coupons I received in the mail, even though they were for a location just three blocks away. I found this to be a deceitful business practice. While they benefit from the marketing and potential traffic generated by these coupons, they are failing to honor the promises made in their advertising.

Unprofessional Service, Locked Door
I cannot attest to the quality of the food as I did not end up purchasing any, but I can attest to the professionalism of the person working there. I pulled up to this specific location because my UberEats driver app told me that it’s a participating location in the employee snack pool. The door was locked when I pulled up, even though it was during business hours. I waited 10 minutes because I thought maybe the person was in the restroom. The only person on shift showed up with her own food that she had ordered from elsewhere and unlocked the door. She wasn’t in a great mood and said that her franchise location did not participate in the UberEats driver snack program, despite it saying so on Uber’s end. She said it was an Uber issue. She should have written a note if she was not going to be on location for whatever reason and not just left. Secondly, wouldn’t it have been a better business move to make money instead of none at all because they wanted to be snobs about the UberEats snack for only one of the meals? There wasn’t any other customer in the store either, so I am not sure where her attitude came from.

Locked Door and Rude Service
My experience was extremely frustrating. I visited during business hours, but the door was locked. A worker eventually showed up carrying her own takeout as we were driving away. There was no note posted to indicate she'd be back soon or a specific return time. To top it off, the lady was rude and it was a huge waste of time.

Amazing Service and Great Sandwich!
On December 3rd, 2019, I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to an employee, possibly named Brittany. She was one of the best customer service representatives I've ever encountered. She made us laugh and feel incredibly welcome. Plus, she made a damn good sandwich!

Manon is the best employee!
My experience at the Eastlake location was excellent, primarily due to the outstanding service provided by Manon. She was consistently friendly, fast, and helpful. It's clear she's a valuable asset to the team; they should definitely hold on to this guy!

Great Food and Awesome Staff!
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently great. The food is always delicious, and the staff is awesome. I visit about once a week for lunch, even though there are other locations closer to my work.
