Worst Subway Experience Ever
I read several really bad reviews but wanted to see for myself. I wish I didn't. The worst human working there was rude without cause or provocation.
They were ignorant, arrogant, disrespectful, and lacked any manners. They didn't seem to care about making sales for the store. If they have so much hate for their job or themselves, they shouldn't be in this place making sandwiches.
What are their motives? To drive customers away, subjecting new customers to mental abuse and torment, making customers lose their appetite. This place has been here for many years, and I have no idea what management saw in this person to allow them to represent the business and deal with customers.
Maybe management was desperate and hired from the bottom because no one wants to work there. The bad customer service was compounded by old vegetables, bad surroundings, lots of sketchy people hanging around, and difficult parking. The extremely busy parking lot made for a difficult in and out.
After dealing with everything outside the store, you come in and find this extremely bad, rude person, lose your appetite, and regret coming there. It was a big waste of valuable time, and you realize they don't deserve your business and money. Also, they don't accept Subway coupons.
I highly recommend avoiding this place. If you must have Subway, then please go to another location.

Microwaved sandwiches after specific instructions
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I specifically requested my sandwiches to be toasted, even mentioning it twice through the app. However, my food was microwaved instead.

Best Subway Sandwich Maker!
I visit this Subway multiple times a week. My experience has been consistently positive, especially with the newer Latina sandwich maker. She is happy and makes the best sandwich I have had there.
The service and food quality are top-notch.

Rude Service, Disappointing Experience
I visited this location on Sunday, June 4, 2023, around 11: 30 AM. I attempted to pay for a homeless person's sub who entered shortly after me. While the attendant was processing my daughter's and my order at the till, I asked him to include the homeless person's sub with my purchase.
He initially ignored me. Upon asking a second time, with a noticeable tone of condescension due to his lack of response, he barked at me to watch my tone and then spoke rudely. I responded by telling him to also watch his tone with me.
Consequently, I left my items on the counter and departed. I ended up purchasing something for the homeless person next door at the Food Mart, where the service was not rude. I would be willing to remove this negative review if management addresses this incident by speaking with the employee about acceptable customer service standards.

Rude Staff, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was very negative due to the extremely disrespectful staff. The person working there has no respect for customers; when you finish ordering, they literally throw the sandwich on the table. The owner should really consider customer feedback.
For now, this place is not recommended at all. Avoid it, the staff member is very rude.

Extremely Rude Service at Closing Time
My experience at this Subway location was very disappointing. I arrived at 7: 30 pm, and there was no one to greet me or take my order. After a few minutes of me calling out, a young employee emerged from the back and informed me they were closing in two minutes.
I apologized for coming so close to closing, explaining I didn't live nearby. He was extremely rude and provided poor customer service. I later checked online and discovered they actually close at 8: 00 pm.
When I called back to speak with a manager, the same employee answered, and I hung up. This was a very unprofessional location.

Coupons Not Honored at Subway
I haven't visited a Subway in a long time. I received some coupons in the mail and decided to try and use them. Unfortunately, they are not honoring them.
I would advise others not to waste their time with this franchise.

Closed Early - Lost Business
My experience was frustrating. I arrived at 7: 23 PM, but the door was locked and the staff had gone to the back. The restaurant is supposed to close at 8 PM.
This early closure means that whoever was working Saturday, August 6, 2022, as the closer, is losing money for the company. This is a heads-up for anyone planning to visit; they close earlier than advertised.
