My experience at this restaurant was terrible. They should hire new staff. They close whenever they want, and when I asked for something I was obviously going to pay for, they denied it. To make matters worse, they added ingredients to my order that I never requested. This was a very frustrating experience.

My experience at this Subway near SFSU was as expected for a late-night food option. It's a Subway, so you get what you get. The food received a 3 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere were rated a solid 4 out of 5. The price per person was between $10–20.

A significant issue was the time management with online orders. I observed one staff member spend 5 minutes counting money before starting my order, which I had placed 10 minutes prior. I've attempted to visit three times: twice they closed over 20 minutes early, and once they were not open 30 minutes after their scheduled opening time. Additionally, I've tried to order online through DoorDash for pickup or delivery during their stated store hours, but every single time my order has been canceled, and they proceed to close their online ordering. This makes it impossible to get food from them.

I highly recommend the steak provolone, which I had on flat bread, toasted and then customized with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, mayo, and a little salt. It tasted almost like a chalupa and was amazing. I was also delighted to find strawberry Fanta, which I think is a rare find in a big city, making the experience very lovely. It took a bit to figure out my ideal combination, but it was worth remembering my favorite mixes. The cookie footlong was also so delicious; it was warm and then cooled down, making it a must-buy. I enjoyed a no-rush meal.

My experience at the restaurant was quite negative due to a sandwich order that was made incorrectly. Despite politely asking for it to be remade, the staff refused. The sandwich also contained ingredients I did not request, leading to a very unsatisfactory experience.

My experience at Subway was excellent, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Sandeesh. He is a really nice guy and offers great customer service. I would recommend ordering when he is working.
